I bought these booties in black and wore them to work the next day and loved them so much I bought them in the grey color. I feel like the color is more of a light tan than grey, which I love. They are comfortable and don't need any "break in" time. I also believe they will last years. I have Sofft sandals that are several years old. I polish them once a year and they look brand new. The only con in this bootie is the temptation to by the last color in this style!

These shoes felt like slippers the minute I put them on. Nice padded insole, beautiful soft leather upper feels like it hugs your foot. Heel strap is comfortable and the goring helps with a perfect fit. Inside zip allows for easy on/off. I walk a lot during my day and these shoes felt great from the start. This shoe was a true 9M.

Loved the shoe! It was very comfortable and very stylish, but unfortunately, the shoe seems a bit larger than a typical 8.5. I had to return the 8.5 and sadly you don't have an 8 available. :(

Comfy but colors redder than anticipated and styles iffy

I was disappointed in how these boots were shipped out to me. They seemed used and the suede leather was stained on both left and right booties. The boot itself seemed stretched out and not like Zappos to send boots like this. The customer service representative was helpful in the return process and was apologetic in the way the boots were sent out to me. Zappos rocks!! They always treat customers 100%
