This is a really beautiful bootie. The are very high quality and I loved how they fit in the heel and there was not a gap at the top. I did not have an issue with the zipper. I have small ankles and heels so I loved this style, but they do run quite narrow in the toe box so I did have to return them. I have a bunion but I can't wear wide because of my small heels but these felt more narrow than the typical medium width. This was my first time with this brand so I did not know they ran narrow. I bought them to wear with straight leg jeans and they are perfect for that.

I’m already a Sofft fan and this is a great shoe, but it was too small even though I ordered my normal Sofft size. The back zipper was difficult to zip, but I think it would loosen up with time. The leather and constructions the beautiful, good quality and soft leather. A great, comfy, stylish bootie, but need to size up.

So cute, love the red color. The shoe it self was comfortable to stand in but, it's very tight around the top of the boot. Also, the zipper is extremely difficult to zip and unzip. Returning them.

Don't size up. I sized up one half size as recommended and the boots were a little long and I knew they would stretch. I wore the boots with thick socks and they stretched to fit in about an hour! They were narrow across the forefoot before stretching. The ankle leather is extremely soft-not formed like other boots. It holds its shape but can't really be felt because it's so soft. I bought another color because I know these will be my favors favorites until they wear out.

The leather is super soft and the color goes beautifully with anything. I have a normal foot except for a narrow heel and this fits perfectly.

I have this same pair style in soft suede and love them. They only had a 9.5 left so I purchased them regardless and LOVE THEM! They are a little loose so I wear them with thicker socks. I decided to get the same style in black leather in a 9, my usual size. Now they are a bit snug! So I just reordered them in the 9.5. I am very fond of the style, support and cute look with any type of jeans!! :)

Stylish, fits beautifully around the ankle, heel is a comfortable height for someone who generally wears flats - the leather is supple and the insole is well cushioned with decent arch support. So happy I found these.

I loved the Rouge Red, more like an deep orange, but decided to go with Black after the zipper wouldn't work on one of the orage pairs. Very comfortable for a moderately wide foot. With a few wears, the leather looks supple enough I think they will stretch out beautifully.

Love these boots, I have 4 other pairs of Sofft boots and they are all so comfortable and well made. I really like the pattern and colors on these, they will go with so many of my outfits. There is no breaking in period at all, just took them out of the box and wore them all day at work. Got my regular size and they fit great.

I love the way these shoes fit. They are perfect in every way, including a well-made soft sculpted arch support. I have a slim ankle and these shoes run a bit narrow at the top, so I expect that these will be my “go to” shoes for the fall and winter.

Super comfortable right out of the box. Very cute and looks like picture. I have very narrow ankles and they don't look like they are swimming in these--which they usually do in ankle-length boots. Only complaints are the zipper--the charm on it is HUGE and heavy (you can feel it swinging when you walk) and it causes the zipper to come undone slightly.

This boot is so cute, until you wear it a couple of times. I take care of my footwear. I treat the leather before wear and never put them away dirty. The heels on these boots look absolutely awful, I am so disappointed. They certainly do not look like they cost as much as they did. Inexpensive materials used according to my shoe cobbler.

You cannot go wrong with shoes or booties by Sofft. While I wanted a legit western boot by Ariat, none of them fit as well as this boot. I had no problems with the back zippers as stated by others as a problem. I'd highly recommend this boot. It also fits great under pants due to the limited leather around the ankle.

This is my second pair in this style. I love the style and comfort. The zippers on these is problematic. My first pair purchased a couple years ago has issues with the zipper falling down and the new pair is very difficult to zip. I think the Manufacturer overcompensated for the earlier issue with zippers coming undone. Still LOVE them.

The fit is perfect for me. Love the heel height and the leopard is some type of cloth. Very comfortable and looks re great with flare leg pants and jeans.

Liked the shoe but it was way to big and in the picture it showed a tighter fit around the ankle but it was not even close to being tight, which I liked.

These are really pretty booties - they are more stylish than the plain ones I often get. Surprsingly, they felt bigger than other shoes in my usual size, and there is a tiny bit of heel slippage, but since they are boots, they cannot slide off. The leather is very nice. I kept both the black color and the natural-looking saddle/brown color. I'm thrilled to find booties so comfortable.

These booties feel like I'm walking in air. So comfy, supported and all around great. The red is the most fun color ever!

I liked the fit and style so much! Very comfortable. Unfortunately, I really wanted red boots and the color was not as pictured. The color was orange. Had to return them.

Fits perfectly around the ankle and the footbed is soft - a very comfortable boot as well as being stylish.

I love these booties! I think they pretty much are true to size - I did try on a different color in store and r foot was a little tight. I figured they’d stretch, but the pair I ordered fit just right. Nice leather and dark brown color. Stylish and slight western look. Very comfortable, no break in needed. Soft leather. Zipper is not a problem for me (though it was a bit trickier with the pair I tried in store). I find if I just slide my foot as far forward as I can to zip, it goes up, no problem.

Love these! Even cuter than photos. I ordered half size up and glad I did.
