Very comfortable boots with good insoles (padded). I like the color a LOT. These boots may be great for some peeps, for me however, they felt a little too casual and cowboyish (low heel...).

These are good quality boots and I almost kept them but the style just didn’t cut it for me. Maybe the toe was too rounded or they weren’t high enough; either way they didn’t have the stylish look I was looking for (at $200). They seem basic but I’m picky about boots.

These are super comfortable with a great, customizable fit. I appreciate the quality of the boot. For me, however, they didn’t meet the style requirement: toe was too rounded, colors weren’t rich enough (I ordered brown & taupe- both flat). They looked basic- I don’t wear basic boots sorry ;)

Very tight in the toe box, and they put a lot of pressure on the upper part of my foot. I have narrow feet and these were very tight, though they fit in length. I did like how adjustable they were in the width of the calf. The two boots were a different color, with one of them being much more red than the other. Also, they were much more country/cowboy boots when on than I expected.

Didn't care for the laces. Made the boot look cheap in person

Very nice boot, unfortunately there are stains going up the front of both boots, sad. Exchanging for size and hopefully a clean boot

I wanted to love these, but beware, they are very narrow and I never have this issue. Sofft has changed somehow, they used to be THE most comfortable boots, but I ordered two different styles and had the same issue.

The boot is darling and fits well. Unfortunately the "distressing" on the black suede just makes the boots look worn out. It may have a different effect in another color, but it isn't the look I'm wanting for black suede boots.

Gorgeous boot, but way too small.

These boots were beautiful but the toe box was too narrow. I have medium width and they were a good fit otherwise but the toes were too narrow for comfort. Sadly I had to return them.

The fit and comfort of the boots was nice. I ordered dark brown boots twice and both times ended up with a very red colored boot. Not what I wanted, but Zappos was pretty amazing and sent me another boot of more value. Unfortunately, it did not fit and I had to send it back too, so now I am still on the search for a pair of dark brown boots.

I ordered this exact boot exact size in black. A bit snug throughout the foot but mostly I couldn’t get the boots zipped because you need smaller calves. So I decided to try them in brown in the exact same size and I couldn’t even get my foot in the boot. Inconsistent sizing.

I loved the suede, quality and style of the boot and the fact that the shaft was adjustable to fit my wide calves, but the heel area of the boot was narrow and very stiff.

Soooo disappointed! Love these boots but one is smaller than the other! Left fits perfect, right is way too tight across the top of my foot like it’s a different size! Could barely get my foot in! Sad to send these back….

The fit was fairly accurate but I did not find them to be comfortable.

I wear a 7.5M, they are very snug with light socks. Sending back for a size 8.

I returned them because the suede did not cover the toes or heals. I really fine this horrible. Who wants to wear boots that look worn out when they are brand new.

Horrid color. According to the Zappo's description, it's "light brown," but it is a taupe color, with a greenish undertone; not pretty at all. The Sofft box calls it "dark cashmere". I love this style of boot, but the only pretty color I've seen so far is the coffee leather.

I have skinny little calves, did not even zip over them...........I was so bummed

Unable to wear this boot, as it is too tight and the shaft was too small. Could barely get on. Any size larger would have been too long. Had to return. Pretty boot though. Just can't wear them. Disappointed.

calf unable to fit or looks ridiculous if tied up

Cute boots but I’ve only has them a short while and the heel rubber already needs to be replaced. I have only work them a handful of times too to an office job where I sit at a desk all day. Quality is not good. For the price, might as welll get a real boot brand like tecovas

Boots did not come in its own box and had dirty/ used insoles inside each boot!!

Material on toe looked like it was really scuffed. I think it is the waterproofing that was applied? They looked beatup and used as a result.
