I bought these for gardening without realizing that once you step in dirt, your feet get filthy. The holes may be great ventilation but the lower ones let all the dirt inside. Dumb design less you are gardening in concrete!

I ordered a size 11 and you sent a size 12. Disappointment and frustration!

I purchased these on the recommendation of my podiatrist to elevate my heel while a case of Planter Fasciitis inflammation healed (no pun intended). Here in sunny Martin County, FL where nobody wears socks these things are bloody awful! They are noisy, sweaty, and oversized in all directions (which means that they fit perfectly according to the hang tag). Yes, they do a great job avoiding heel pressure, but they are particularly uncomfortable at my arch. In fairness, others mileage may (and likely will) vary. I can understand why people who are on their feet in a more or less fixed position (chefs, surgeons, etc) all day, wear socks and do not have an arch problem might like them. As for me, as soon as my heel heals, I'm going back to my OluKai flip flops.

I haven't even had these for a month and they broke!! The strap came apart and I wasn't even doing anything! I don't even wear them outside! I got them just to wear around the house and to replace my naot clogs which I have had for 20 years (and still have btw) So disappointing! Don't waste your money. These are so cheaply made. Get a quality clog from Birkenstock or naot. They may be more expensive up front but will more than pay for themselves over time. The old adage is true, you get what you pay for. I should have known the low price for these crocs was too good to be true. Never again.

My husband and I have each had a pair of Crocs where the rivet broke. They no longer give you new rivets for free, they don't sell them, and replacement rivets are hard to find and EXPENSIVE for 4 rivets. Although I like these shoes, I do not like a company that does not support its products. Do not buy these shoes.

I have the Crocs before this, so I ordered the same size as I have at home. These new ones feel smaller and my heel touches the edge. So when I wore them at work, just one day, I noticed my my feet felt hotter and my heel hurt at the end of the day. Unfortunately because I had no choice but to wear them at work, I can't return them. If you order these, order half size bigger. When I compared them to the older ones, they are visibly smaller.

Beware, these shoes shrink about 2 sizes if you leave them in the sun! When I internet searched this issue, I found multiple stories of this happening. Even if you leave them in a hot car they will shrink! Wish I had known this before I purchased!

For the past year at least, every pair of classic Crocs we have bought have been smaller than the pairs we already own of the exact same sizes. Something is amiss with Crocs manufacturing. We have the old and new pairs and the new pairs are all shorter than the old pairs. Unfortunately, when we try next size up, it is always too big. So classic Crocs no longer fit properly for anyone in my family. Very disappointing.

Shoe not for me. Maybe for the younger feet. The Crocs offer no stability. After trying to like them I found my feet and ankles hurt.

When I made the order, I was told there was only one pair left in the color/size I wanted. I was not told they were defective, too narrow, too small, and some of the dots on the bottom of the soles were worn out! I have ordered from Zappos before, and never had a problem, but this pair was definitely not acceptable.

I have ordered this shoe in this size before. this time the shoe was smaller! we keep them outside the back door so my husband and I can slip on when taking the dogs out. they are small on me and he cannot wear them even for just this purpose. I have another pair for inside as does he. they are not true to size!

Awful! Hard and doesn't fit right. Sizing is way off. Not like the old Crocs at all. Will never buy another pair unless I can try them on first. They look the same but they are not.

My health was put in jeopardy as I almost fell on my keester when I wore these shoes in the pool. For years I had worn knock-off Crocs with no problems. Then last week, the right side of my right shoes "gave out" and bulged, making my foot slide around inside the shoe, almost falling off my foot. Not sure I'd buy another pair.

These things are way wrong-sized labelled. I take an 11 shoe. I have ordered 11, one inch too long. I ordered a 10, 1/2 inch too long. Looks like I need a 9.

I received what was marked a women's 8, but way too small. I have ordered a number of other Crocs from Zappos in size 8 and always fit. Something went wrong in sizing. Color is good, but sizing left me disappointed; should have been check out before shipping.

I ordered these because I have pretty bad P.F. and high arches as well as a bunion. My feet are messed and have been since I was a teen. Since being pregnant it's gotten so much worse. Well, these would have been good if they fit me. Ordered a 7 and they were too small so I was excited to get an 8 instead; they were way too big. I was too scared to try the blowdryer/dryer trick because I didn't want to waste the money! I don't understand why they don't make half sizes. What a bummer. I guess they were true to size though because I am a 7.5 in all of my other shoes. These just don't fit me!

Cheap shoes. I was embarrassed to give these away as gifts. Bought 2 pairs, one for mom and one for dad. Not worth the low tag price...sizing is totally off. I got them their usual size and they are too big. You need to go at least 1-2 sizes down. It's awful. If you are buying Crocs, I suggest spending a bit more for a different style.

This is the second pair I've owned after the first pair were worn out. Great shoes. I ordered the same size and style and after I discarded the packaging and started wearing them I discovered they were marked the same size but were smaller and are unwearable. I am stuck with them and will probably give them away. Very disappointed with this inconsistency.

Where are the pearl and oyster for this style? I waited several weeks for the right colors and then tried the Duet clog to get my color. The Duet is made in China and comes with a petroleum odor that doesn't go away; the Croc Classic was always made in Italy and I hope it still comes from there, with no odor.

When I got them I was really happy until I used them. As soon as I started walking the clips from the back detached; I have to use them as sandals to avoid this problem.

I have flat feet and need shoes for indoor. When I read the reviews, I thought these sounded perfect. I wore for not more than 15 minutes around the house, and my feet were in pain near the arch and under the big toe. The pain lasted a few days and I had to ice it. In reflection, the shoes offer a nice toe box, but no stability and support such that there is too much room around the arch and heel area. Be careful.

I know these are popular, but just not my thing, I guess. I was looking for a shoe that was: vegan, comfortable, relatively inexpensive, and not completely ugly. This met some criteria: It is vegan and not overpriced. But it is beyond seriously ugly and not at all comfortable for me. I think the size I ordered was correct. But I have long skinny toes, and the big perforations in front (near the sole) were not working. My toes got caught and pinched, yow! The ugly factor I could deal with, but not the toe-trapping feature. Also, the width was way too much for my foot. I normally wear a woman's size 9 to 9.5 Medium. This was more like a WW on me. These are going back, to be replaced by some Tevas.

Purchased a replacement pair of Crocs in the exact same size as stamped on the bottom of my old Crocs. When they arrived they were about an 1.5 inches longer then the old Crocs. Same exact numbers stamped on the bottom of the new Crocs. Zappos returned them no sweat. When the new ones arrived the rubber (if it still is rubber) was so hard. I can't even wear them they kill my feet. Whole different shoe now.
