The Crocs are comfortable and you need to get a 1/2 size smaller. And as usual there was no drama with Zappos.com. Price was right and the arrived on time.

These are not the most attractive looking shoes but they are comfortable and great to slip on to go to the pool or beach!

Classic Crocs are named appropriately. Nothing fancy, fit well, lightweight, can be worn around home or at beach. Wear fairly well but on pavement, blacktop, they will wear out sooner. Just good reliable all around sandal type shoe at an affordable price.

These shoes have happily addressed an issue I'm having with foot pain! The bed is slightly springy which seems to prevent concussion-related pain.

These Crocs are so comfortable. My daughter loves them and wants them in every color! They do run a little big so order a size down.

These crocs in my size aren't as roomy as my last pair of classics but they do fit. Don't know if they have changed the sizing or if my last pair was incorrectly marked or what. But these are comfy so I'm keeping them. Zappos has the fasted delivery and best customer service ever! It is always a mistake to buy shoes any other way.

One shoe had a broken strap. Called and customer service took care of the problem. Next day there was a new pair of the same shoes on my door step. Excellent customer service.

Just replaced the identical size 12 pair and found that the new size 12 did not fit. Had to reorder a size 13. Don't know if this is just my feet, or one should order the next size up. Love Crocs and find them totally comfortable.

I must say I am so disappointed. These are much smaller than my old Crocs of the same size! 7/9. I am returning them for larger ones. Hopefully they will be okay.

I love Zappos, I have purchased a number of shoes from them in the past and have been thrilled with the free shipping, as well as, their return policy. They make it as easy as it can be.

I don't think these shoes ever wear out. I've had my first pair for 2 years and they still look like new. Very comfortable, no breaking in or getting used to. The arch is good. These new ones fit more snug that my first pair but I would say the new ones are true to size. Good for anyone who is on their feet most of the day. I wear to church also!! So good anywhere you go.

Having purchased Crocs before I went up one size which I would recommend especially with a wide foot. No reflection on Zappos. The selection and service was very good from Zappos.

First of all: Let me just say that I LOVE CROCS. They last a very long time and are extremely comfortable. For those of you saying they aren't comfortable: It is because you wore them for like 2 minutes and you need to break them in (which takes like one day)....so stick with it because it is worth it. My old pair of crocs lasted about 4 years and I wore them constantly so they are extremely durable. As for the fit: they are supposed to be a little big so that you can still put the strap on the back around your foot (AKA adventure mode). That being said, if you're not planning on putting the strap on the back, then you can still get your same size shoe and wear them comfortably without them falling off. Highly recommend these shoes. They're definitely bang for your buck.

Decided to give these a shot, since I needed a comfortable ventilated shoe. Crocs are awesome, and exceeded my expectations. They live up to all the hype.

Before ordering these from Zappos, I went to the official Crocs site and read up on their sizing. I normally wear a women's 8.5 - 9, depending on the shoe, and based on the measurements on the Croc site, I ordered a women's size 9 in this classic style (in black). It fits exactly as it should - with a comfortable amount of space both in the toe box and behind my heel. The shoes are wider than my foot, but should be, according to the description of the Crocs Classic - they're not supposed to be fitted. Anyway, they're comfy as hell - pretty squishy, and super light. Personally, I keep the strap up and wear these like a clog so that I can just slip into them and go. Stylish they are not, but they're perfect for the purposes of going out to the mailbox, taking out the dogs, gardening, running to the gas station, grocery, or attending to any other casual errand. I'm not wearing these to church or for a night out on the town - that's neither what they're intended for, nor the basis upon which they should be reviewed. I'm really happy with my Crocs, and as always, with Zappos' quality of service and overnight shipping. I never order shoes from anywhere else.

The Crocs run big. I ordered size 14, my usual, but they were really large. I called Zappos customer service and a really helpful representative coached me on what size would be better. She emailed the return label and told me that I would have the size 13's in two days. Mighty speedy service. The 13's arrived in two days as promised. They are still generously sized but totally usable. I'll be ordering another pair so I have one in my RV and one at the house for every day use. Good purchase and excellent service by Zappos.

Quick delivery of a comfortable beach/water shoe. These are my second pair. I know that many people wear these are street shoes but I feel the fit is too loose for that.

The Crocs are a good slip on quick and go footwear. They are comfortable and cool. When the shoe is soiled I simply hose them down. I suggest that when purchasing these that you know that they run larger than true size therefore you might be able to wear a size down.

Bought these for my 16 year old daughter, they were on the top of her summer shopping list! She loves them and they are very easy to clean!

I bought these shoes to wear around the house because I have lymphedema (swelling of the feet and legs). It's my fist pair of Crocs, and I had low expectations because of the less than fashionable looks and stiff appearance. I was so wrong to be skeptical! I was beyond pleased to find out that these shoes are extremely comfortable and a joy to wear. If you have, or know anyone who has swelling of the feet, I can't recommend them enough. The fit is roomy, they're easy to clean and they feel like walking on air. Enjoy!

As far as style, they are what they are. Because of this, I have looked them over when searching for more attractive comfort shoes. I have found more stylish shoes - even tried more stylish Crocs (which hurt my feet) - before I gave in and tried this classic style. They do not seem to have the arch support I need, but bottom line: they do not hurt my feet. I bought four more pairs. They have been my go to shoes this summer - I am even starting to wear them out of the house and I do not mean the garden but I wear them there, too.

Bought these gardening shoes for my boyfriend. He was not enthusiastic until he tried them on. Now he wears them all around the house. Very comfortable, breathable.
