I love the look of these shoes so much and tried to make them work. I ordered my usual size 7.5 - way too big. Tried 7 - still slipped off my heel when I walked. Finally tried a 6.5, I never wear that small size shoe. It still felt like it was slipping off my heel a bit but now were too narrow in the front of my foot. I tried inserts and the little heel cushions and nothing could make these shoes fit or be comfortable. A shame, because the patent mix are very cute and Clark's are usually so comfortable.

Loved the shoe, stylish and supportive, but the sole is so SLIPPERY - had to return. Also slips off the heel.

Runs way to small, my feet are very flat and wide. My normal size is 7.5 w or ww. I ordered this pair in 7.5w, didn’t feel wide at all. I think this shoe would be great for people with narrow or medium width. I love the style just wish it was a true wide width.

Was an okay fit in the toe box for my wide feet. Unfortunately, the heel is too wide and my foot just slips up too far for comfort.

Did not like this Shoe, uncomfortable. Very narrow and just uncomfortable to walk in. Felt like the Show was higher in the back than the front and squeezed my foot.

These shoes were SO cute! I wanted to keep them, but the heels slipped up and down very badly, even with thick socks on. So they have to go. The toe area fit very well and was comfortable and supportive. Just the heels were problematic.

i loved these shoes but there was not enough heel support to keep my heal in the shoe!

Great arch support however, they slide out from the heel. The 7 1/2 was too tight and the 8 slides out when I'm walking which is too bad because they have great arch support.

I literally walked right out of these shoes. They seemed to fit though the heel was rather roomy. As soon as I took a step my heel was no longer in the shoe. I'm disappointed.

Very very very small. If you want this, try a full size larger. It is NOT true to size.

What went wrong? I purchased this same shoes almost a year ago and it fitted perfectly. Because it was so comfortable and fitted perfectly, I ordered another one. To my disappointment, the shoes are too big. I have to send it back but now I'm nervous about ordering another size. I don't know what I will receive. Very disappointed!!!!
