When I saw these shoes I was so happy. They were exactly what I was looking for. But when they arrived and I tried them on, I was so disappointed! The toe box was too small--very tight and the heel was too wide--very sloppy. I returned them.

These are extremely comfy even though I have bunions and arthritis in my feet. Could be worn all day. Great, dressy style.

Why, oh why can't you offer more shoes in a 10.5W Zappos?? This is just one more example of trying to squeeze into a 10W that's too small or an 11W that's too long. Very frustrating!

These are very nice shoes. The heel is the perfect height and the patent leather helps them look dressy. Most importantly, they fit well and are reasonably comfortable. My feet are on the wide side and I ordered the wide, and I’m glad I did. I think the B width would have been a little tight. Great basic shoe to go with a dress, skirt, or trousers.

toe area was short therefor was cramped , if went up a size the heal would be too big

I am a funeral director. This is the perfect shoe. Being on your feet 12 hours plus a day. Highly recommend. Will buy more. Perfect shoe. Looks classy and comfortable!

I really liked the look of this shoe, but the size was odd. I usually wear a 7-1/2; however, I usually get a size 7 in Clarks. I ordered 7W. They are way too long for my foot--a big gap at the heel. There weren't any 6-1/2 shoes left in this style, so I had to return them.

l can always count on Clarks for fit and comfort.

I am very happy with this shoe. And finding it in a size 5 was huge plus!!

The fit is O.K. These are not the most stylish pumps but will serve quite well with the block heel in a low version. Good price for a Clark's shoe. I cannot wear most shoes due to "princess and the pea" syndrome, I feel everything, even a seam or wrinkle.

These are classy looking, but were too big. I normally wear a 9, which is what I ordered, but the heel was way too loose. I sent them back and ordered 8.5 instead. I hope they work!

These are really lovely shoes and I wish I could keep them; however, my feet are too wide for them. Wish they came in WW.

Heal slips even with grips inserted.

My feet melted into them like butter. They are dress shoes for work but look good with Jeans.

Shoes fit perfectly and look great for wear with slacks or dresses.

This shoe was comfortable with bunions I have. I got the 8.5 Wide. It was not loose in the heel like some wide shoes are. It is so difficult to find shoes that work with bunions.

After 1-2 wears they are very comfortable. Love them!

Comfortable from first wear. Planning to wear with slacks and dresses, give my kitten heels a rest. Like the patent/matte combination.

I’m never sure about the fit, but these are true to size. These should be great for a wedding I’m attending in the fall.
