I bought these about a year and a half ago, and they are very comfortable, after I put my own insoles in them. About 4 months ago, a hole formed near my right pinky toe. The canvas wears out way too quickly, compared to the soles, which are still good. I still love how flexible and breathable they are, and am thinking of buying a second pair.

I bought these a year ago and the reviews about them digging in your shins were true. The problem was the seam in the top which is rough so I took a lemon zester to the inside and ripped the seam up a bit and they're fine (I don't mind a rough skater look to my sneakers).
One problem I didn't see any reviews about, is that after a month or so, the rubber on the inside of the bottom of the shoe starts to make its way to the back and the side in the lining of the shoe. I had to cut a hole on the inside of my shoes to get these big hunks of rubber out because it became a really awkward feeling and looking problem. Other than those two issues I really like these because they look like converse but they're really comfortable.

If you're not used to flat sole shoes don't buy these your feet will go sore after 4 hours of standing. Needs a patch on the ankle like the actual converse Chuck T's they look off without it. Not a whole lot of water protection even spills on the side of the shoe leak in. Overall it's ok nothing stands out.

The Unisex thing doesn’t work for me. The widest part of my foot was around the first and second lace up eyelet near the toes.
With no tension on the strings, they are too tight. The return process worked fine. I will use Zappos in the future. Thanks.
This was my first experience with your service.

I purchased back in July 2019 and for the first 4-5 months was very happy. After those initial months I started to notice pain in my feet/legs. I noticed the shoes started to tear at the seems and don't last very long. I don't do hard labour so I don't see why they only last about 6 months.

I bought these because my normal shoes I wear are converse. They look great and fit pretty similar to converse. They're decently comfy, atleast comfier than converse are. But the rubber on the bottom of the shoes have peeled alot and I've only had them for about 9 months.

I've bought 2 pairs In the past year. I'm a cook and I'm on my feet all day. They're comfy to me but I can see how other people have issues. My problem is that these things STINK, and they break down kinda fast. I'm on my second pair in a year and I'm probably ready for my 3rd. I like them. I just wish they were a bit more sturdy and didn't absorb all the smells.

They’re great for narrow feet, but not for a normal or wide foot to be wearing all day no no. Looks great, def a 5 for style. Just not very comfy, especially not for this job. Also, would get pain in the arch like the plantar fascia issue.

Love the look of these but sooo uncomfortable, I've been wearing them for three months and it still hurts after every shift. No cushion at all and super flat.

Wore it for two days on the job and injured my ankle. Not good if you plan on using them for walking long distances

I love the style of these shoes since I wear converses on occasion but idk this shoe killed my feet. There was basically nothing on the bottom of the shoe, no support or cushion. The only thing protecting my foot from straight concrete was the grid bottom on the sole, maybe a little over 1cm thick. I bend down a lot, some heavy lifting, and quite a bit of running around all one concrete floors. By the end of the first day, I may as well have been walking on my bare feet. And I couldn't return them due to that little condition of only being able to return shoes 60 days from the original purchase date :/
I feel like these are nice shoes overall, just not for me personally. I think I just made the wrong choice as my arches aren't super high but I'm not flat footed either. So that's my bad, I'm kinda sad I'm stuck with them, but I'll see what inserts I could find to maybe make these wearable for me.

While slip proof these are so narrow. If you're used to Converse these are sooo not as comfortable. Terribly narrow. My feet hurt after a shift in these.

These are not as comfortable as they used to be. I have bought this same pair for years but this time When I pulled out the insole and compared it to my previous pair it's flatter and harder. I used to be able to stand all day in these. I can't go 4 hours at work without my feet hurting. I guess I have to find a new work shoe, it's such a shame.

I'm a waitress, so I do a lot of walking. The only complaint I have is that the canvas is detatching from the rubber on the sides. I'm just going to stick with name brand converse next time.

I was looking for work shoes, because my old one started to wear and tear. I came across these shoes, liked there style and thought it would be comfortable and water risistant, since I wallk around a lot in a restaurant and step in water majority of the day. Ordered the shoes, had to exchange them, because the first pair were to small. Second order came in, still felt a little small, but more comfortable. After a few days of wearing it, I found out that they're not water resistant. Water had spilled on me while I was at work and it went into the shoes, soaking my socks and the inside of the shoes. The toe part of the shoes weren't water risistant either. That's not water risistant at all. It made it more difficult to put the shoes on every morning for work. Would not recommend, unless your not working around water.

I work long hours in a kitchen and I really like these shoes for the slip and water resistance. I purchased my current shoes just a month ago and they already have a whole in the side. I keep these shoes at work so they stay clean and ready to go. The eyelets are chipped and, unlike my previous pairs, they're hard to clean. Like I said before, I like shoes for crews. Maybe it's just a different build or something.
