My ST2 style in size 9.5 had become too small. Those were bought 5-6 years ago. This Integrity 3 Walker is the new model. So I bought a size 10. But I believe the heel to be too wide and my heel slips up as I walk. I’m going to try the narrow next, to see if the heel will fit better, without sacrificing the width elsewhere. Saucony did say their narrow is the equivalent of a B width normal shoe. If this doesn’t work, I’ll try a size 9.5 again. Maybe under the new model, it will fit differently. I had bought the same brand again, because they were truly very comfortable (they passed the “Disneyland test”). If only they could put a fling of color on the whites.

Usually Saucony walkers are deep enough to accommodate my orthotics but these are not.

I bought these in grey and they fit and felt so great, I bought them in black. Please don't change the design. I bought a great pair of sneakers once, Orthoheel, and repurchased a year later but the design was changed for the worst. Nothing like the original fit, feel. I am still disgusted.

I feel great wearing them. I wear a size 8M shoe but bought these sneakers in a 8.5M. I could wear a pair of socks in them comfortably. I then proceeded to my Zumba class. My workout was comfortable, no knees problems, no arch support inserts needed. Wow!

Fit and size were perfect. I have owned multiple pairs and would never buy another. They are perfect for my wide feet and bad knees.

Fits true to size. Excellent support, roomy toe box like most Sauconies have. Material has held up well. Great shoes.

I wear 9 1/2 in Saucony sneakers but these fit more like regular shoes and are too large for me.

These shoes look nice but are a bit plain; which may not be a con for some, including myself. They appear durable since there is no cloth, wear comfortably, and fit perfectly. It's been a long time since I've been able to say that, even with popular brands. It may only be in the upper sizes, but I used to wear a woman's 11.5. To my knowledge, my feet have not grown. They have all seemed to shrink over the last 20 years. I bought two different brand shoes; this one at size 12 and another (Reebok) at 12.5. The 12.5 are going back, as they fit smaller than the 12 - they are more like an 11.5 and the toe box is ridiculous for what was supposed to be a medium width shoe.

Bought these shoes to wear with a Arizona Brace for my right foot. This is the only shoe that doesn't feel so huge in a larger size. Have to size up 2-21/2 sizes to fit the brace. NB shoe was awful for size up, kept bumping into things with the huge shoe. This fit perfect.

Recommend these Saucony Integrity Walker shoes for older people with osteoporosis and have to walk regularly. My foot bone was fractured because I wore shoes that were too flexible in the toe area. Saucony Integrity Walker shoes have a sole that is not flexible enough to put stress on my delicate toe bones. Because of these shoes, my podiatrist approved me resuming my walking program. Again, recommend.

These are awesome. Best shoes I’ve bought to address plantar fasciitis pain, and foot tiredness in general. I now have 3 pairs, 2 black and one gray.
