Falls apart quickly.

too short in length. fabric is stiff. Maybe do a cord or softer lanyard fabric and please make it 2 inches longer. i am short and it is still not long enough to comfortably get over head and to rest at a good place on chest area. beautiful fabrics as usual.

I have purchased several different lanyards from the company but this style seems to have been mass produced damaged. The lanyard usually lays flat. Unfortunately, I ordered one and realized it wasn't stitched properly so that it lays flat. I complained and was sent a new one that arrived today and it's still damaged. This leads me to believe they were all stitched incorrectly.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter but we received a damaged item. The clip on the lanyard was missing the piece to keep it closed. The ID case was damaged too.

I bought one of these lanyards back in August in the bramble color. It was a great lanyard and isn't showing any signs of wear. Now back in the beginning of December I decided that I would get another since they were on sale. When the first one arrived I noticed that it had been sewed on incorrectly which caused the lanyard to have a twist on one side. So I called customer service to get a replacement one. The replacement came this afternoon. Same defect is present. I would advise against ordering the lanyard in any of the colors that are discounted because this one was (Moonlight Garden) has now been defective twice.

I wanted to love this so much. However my lanyard did not have a single full cat. It was little bits all over and no one can even tell they are cats.

I was good for about a week but It broke on me I pretty much wasted my money.

Print was only on one side. Disappointing. I don't like it.

I received a defective lanyard and now I have to pay $6.95 to send it back! That's ridiculous!! This lanyard was sewn backwards and I have to pay for shotty quality control. I've been a Vera customer for many years. This is such a disappointment.

Everyday. I am retired and in and out. I thought I would be able to just grab my keys and go an.d not misplace them. So I was disappointed, expecting better quality. I will return it.
