At last! Converse has finally made a flattering and comfortable shoe for women! I grew up wearing chucks because they were so cute and versatile but being a size 9, I always felt that they made my feet look even longer than they already are. With the Shoreline only having 4 lace holes, that problem has been resolved and the shoe is much more flattering. Also the regular chucks have that hard stuff piece of rubber on the heel that would irritate me and rub my heel raw until I could finally wear them in enough for the rubber to break apart. The Shoreline doesn't have any rubber on the heel and instead has elastic along the heel so you can slip the shoe on and there is no rubbing. Not sure if it was just where I was buying my old chucks from, but I remember them only being carried in whole sizes. I was always frustrated that the 8 was too snug and the 9 made my feet look really long. Glad to see that these come in 1/2 sizes; the 8.5 is the perfect fit!

Size matters! I'm usually a size 5.5 (size 6 in Nikes). Definitely size down at least 1/2 a size!!! I ordered my first pair in 5.5 and didn't know how they should fit. After 2 weeks of trying to "break them in" as other reviews stated I called it quits and ordered a size 5. Oddly enough the left size is snug but the right size is loose and the shoe laces are really just for visual appeal. In the future I may try a size 4.5! There's a little space in the back of the shoe but it's stays on unlike my first pair (size 5.5). I wouldn't say these shoes are all-day comfort wear but it's cute for a few hours. No arch support so I may put inserts.

I rely love these shoes, however I felt that the size I purchased sz9 in women's was a little small which is not the case with my normal converse. Overall good purchase

Super cute shoes! I get so many compliments when I wear them. I wear a size 10 and that felt true to size. I do not have a narrow or wide foot, but these shoes are a bit narrow in the toe. My pinky toe was mildly sore the first few wears, but fine now. LOVE! Thanks Zappos!

Love these shoes! They are easy to slip on and off(: I personally could not walk all day in them bc they do rub in my wide feet. Customer service was excellent when I had to exchange the 10 for 9.5. I do think they run big.

Such a cute shoe! Love the true navy color. It did feel about half larger than other converse shoes. Not really a great way to tighten them up on my feet either. So it's perfect for a casual shoe, not something you want to wear to the gym or out running.

They are so nice, with the elastic on the back they fit better your foot so I recommend to yiu to get half size smaller then your regular size, I didn't realize this until I wore them to late to exchange them so be careful.

These are the cutest! I have larger feet (sz9) and sometimes shoes aren't as "cute"once I see them in my size. These are perfectly cute and equally comfortable. My new favorite Chuck Taylor style! They are true to size.

I love converse!They are comfortable but not to walk in for hours at a time until they are broken in.

These are a great pair of converse for anyone looking for a more summer friendly slip on style. I got mine in my normal shoe size of 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

Love these! Cute and comfortable. Look great with workout tights and ankle length jeans. I put my own arch supports in them. I would love to have them in other colors too.

Cute twist on a classic. I get tons of complements and they are super comfy too. If you have wide feet, I think it would be uncomfortable though.

Always super cute - perfect w capris, shorts, cropped jeans, etc...however, for me, comfort - or lack thereof - has always been a problem w converse...these slip ins are more comfy than the traditional but still far from my sanuks or toms....also they run big had to exchange for half size smaller - could've probably gone a whole size smaller except for box would've been way too narrow...Zappos - best customer service on the planet - was stellar w the overnight hassle free exchange, as always...

I love the classic look of converse and the versatility of outfits I can wear with them. I have owned many pairs. I have always found them to be a little on the long and narrow side so have usually ordered a half size smaller. This time I ordered a black pair in an 8 and a white pair in a 7 1/2. I typically wear an 8. The 8's definitely fit the best. The 7 1/2 was long enough but the width seems much narrower and my feet would ache after just a short time wearing them. I do love the slip on style and will be ordering them again for sure! I recommend buying the converse chuck socks to go with them. I think they look best and are most comfortable with these slip on style chucks. Other socks bunch up and look odd sticking out from this really low cut style of shoe. Plus these socks unlike many other "no-show" socks don't slip down as you wear them, they stay put all day!

Love this shoes. I normally wear a size 8 but went down a size and got a 7.5 based on everyone else's reviews that they run a little big. Was glad I went down half a size. My 11 year old daughter was so jealous when she saw them that I ended up buying her a pair for her birthday. Super cute.I will be buying the socks though as my first time wearing them I did get a blister on my pinkie toe.

These are my 13 year old daughters favorite type of Converse shoe! She loves how easy they are to get on and off and said that they are very comfortable.
