Customer Reviews Ariat Crius Insulated Vest

I ordered this vest for my husband as a Christmas present and when he opened it, it had a few cuts in the fabric. I emailed the customer service team Christmas Day expecting there to be a delay in response due to the holiday season. I followed up January 25 and finally heard back February 7 with questions about the item so we could initiate the return. I responded about two weeks later and followed up again March 31. It is now April and I have yet to get a refund or a new vest. This process has been so frustrating and taken so much longer than necessary. The vest seems like a great vest and my husband loves the fit, but it is too damaged for him to wear. Truly I am hoping that by leaving a review, some action will be taken since I have reached out to customer service but have had little luck.

Total garbage! Wore it 5 times and the zipper broke that won't zip up anymore. Looks brand new, but the zipper is very poor quality

Missing item!! I ordered three of this vest, but the size 3X did not come in the order and I still have no resolution with Marriott as to when it will come or be replaced. I have called three times and still no answer. I am very upset about the situation and would love for someone to contact me and send my Vest that I Have "already paid" for! (This app requires you to pick a size in order to post a review, but I have no size because I do not have a vest. )

Vest is nice but very disappointed with how it arrived with with damaged collar..one side is bent out of shape pinched cause seems no care was taken with packaging. Looks horrible ..Vest is nice but not when damaged and paid good money for.

My packages got delivered to Pretty Pairie, KS 67570 post office but I live in VA. Those packages was for Christmas and I never received them. Every time I called don't nobody to the phone so at this I want a refund or I want the item I paid for delivered to the right address. Furthermore I wouldn't recommend anybody to shop with y'all because I will never shop yo y'all again

Right out of the box the zipper was broken! This was a suprise birthday gift for my husband! What a disappointment. My husband has worn Ariat for for years he's a cowboy. Normally Ariat is better quality. I definitely don't recommend them anymore.

Super disappointed order this for my son and never got it, try calling customer service and waited in line for 20 min and no answer, try emailing them and no reply I even try the chat and no help at all

Ordered the vest while it was on sale for our engagement photos. Best came with a large stain on the front near the zipper. Looked like it would come out with a wash so I put it in the washer and the stain didn't come out. They won't accept the return as the tags are no longer attached and the merchandise was washed. We're both disappointed as they took over a month to even respond after reaching out and they offered a 15% discount on our next purchase. This isn't ideal. Items should not come stained. We spend hundreds of dollars a year on Ariat products and this has never been a problem before. Now we're unsure about future orders.

I ordered a gift on 12/6 and it has not arrived. I have called your toll-free number numerous times and you do not answer or return calls, How do I find out where this Christmas gift is???

I got a good deal on a vest so I tried it out. They shipped fast, great quality stuff, love the liner. I tried it on and I could feel my heat being retained well. I was also getting stabbed in the throat constantly by the stupid collar. You can't get it to lay down. Why isn't there a vest with no collar, a removable one, maybe some buttons or Velcro to hold it down? Had to return what I thought was going to be exactly what I needed because of a stupid collar. Return was easy at least. No issues with the company, just the collar. I'm 5' 11" and about 195, a large was perfect size. I tried some on in Rural King before ordering direct.

Very nice vest but limited inventory available on the web site. Ordered a XXL and didn't come close to fitting so tried to order a XXL, but out of stock. I really want one of these vest, but will need to wait until product is back in stock.
