I've now been wearing these as my daily out and about shoe for 6 months and love them! I like having the option of tying them up or leaving them untied and tucking the laces. Both are comfy. I have gone on one run with them (5km) and they were more comfy than I expected.

The cage is a little tie but they are super comfortable.
