Terrrrrible experience, too narrow shoes, exchanged for couple of size but finally had to return.

Worst shoe for the price fell apart in 5 months, will never be buying adidas since quality control fell off a cliff, used to only buy these shoes

While I love the shoes and the black midsoles, even in my correct sizing of an 10, the shoes are Extremely uncomfortable on the upper arch of the feet.

Does not fit properly, can see my socks through shoe. Trainers are too thin and am going to return for a refund. Thank you Adidas for making this process easy.

It's too narrow -- as opposed to the V4 I have purchased -- wish I could give them back

These shoes are way too tight near the top of your foot/tongue. I'd say you probably have to buy a full size above what you usually get. If you wear a 10 normally, you have to get an 11 otherwise your feet will be in pain when you wear these shoes.

There is a large ridge under the tongue that literally makes your foot go dead after about an hours wear. Terrible design even though they are the correct size. Much worse on left foot so not even equal amounts of pain.

Although the size was correct, this specific shoe model was so tight on the top that made my toes becoming painful, numb and swollen. I tried them for a few days but I couldn't stand it and I gave them to my brother.

The sole on these broke the first week my son wore them. I've put in a defect claim but have not heard back

I ordered those shoes two different times, both they messed it my order, ONE THEY SEND ME A womens side the o other send me the most ridiculous color in this sneakers this compay is the worst for buy online NEVER AGAIN

Very unstable. It's like putting a sock on. Soft and nice sole, but I don't recomend this shoe. There are much better shoes from adidas

Started a return and haven't heard anything for twos weeks now. Still no shoes.

I recently purchased a size too small. After submitting a return through the app, I picked out the new size and waited another week and a half for me new pair. When I received me "new pair" the color was not white, on one of the shoes, the plastic 3 white stripes were tan, not white like my other shoe. I'm very upset as I ordered the last pair in my size and was given a pair that should have never been sold in the first place. I can no longer submit a return since I already exchanged these on the app. Not happy. Feeling like I was robbed of my hard earned money.

Bought a size 12 and it was too small. Tried to exchange for a size 12.5 but they're all out. Size is not accurate so I would not recommend buying online.

Great looking shoe, but the top of the shoe near my ankle was too tight & cutting off circulation. I'm a true 10.5 so bought both a 10.5 & 10. The 10.5 ran way too big so kept the 10. I tried to wear them for about a week to see if I can stretch them & not enough to actually keep them! Insanely uncomfortable. My wife swears by them, not me.

I purchased a pair of ultraboost 5.0 as a new pair of shoes in my shoe rotation. (7 other pairs of previous generation ultraboost) This pair of ultraboot showed quick and early breakdown of the inside of the should and select portions of the outer shoe. The shoe began to make a sticky residue on the inside of the shoe and have holes. These shoes are not even run in. I contacted adidas about this as my shoes were under the 6 month warranty. I was declined any help and told this was normal wear and tear. I have ultraboost from 2019 that look better than these do and was very disappointed in the customer service on this issue.

I order new shoes but I received used one which is dirty can't be used again this has never happened before in any order. I can send you photograph as a evidence. I am really disappointed and unhappy. Hope you will not do it with other people. If you want the photo I can send it. The shoes was very smelly, even there is no adidas logo.

Should have been better disclosed that the shoes are glow in the dark bc I would not have bought them if I knew this.

The back of both shoes have completely fallen apart.
