The fit is much too tight on the top of the foot near the ankle. I have not found a way to loosen this area. I found the sizing of DNA 4.0 to be inconsistent with sizing compared to my other Adidas shoes.

Unlike the other ultraboost that you can use for running or work out this white "genuine" leather is good gor fashion

Comfortable shoe but after 3 months of light wear the base on one of the heels is coming off. For the quality the ultraboost is supposed to have, this is extremely disappointing.

Runs small and narrow. I would strongly suggest a wider maybe a half size bigger for this style.

size too small. I wore the shoes for approx. four hours walking around the house, and had to take them off; After which I saw the purple blister, on my big toe.

I like the feel of the soul and cush of it. The problem is why the upper tongue area of the shoe. At the base of the tongue area there is a large seam. The seam puts a lot of pressure on the top of your foot which in turn gets sore after some time. It is impossible to ignore the pressure created by the seam. When you take the shoes off and see the dent and redness created by the you understand why it is an issue.

Some of the dimensions of the shoe, and the overall fit is not as good as other Adidas shoes I wear. Otherwise top notch quality and materials. Still keeping and hoping to break-in.

I like the product, however the compression was tighter on the foot then my other Ultraboosts. I don't know if it's the DNA line, or if it's because they are unisex. The size themselves was fine, just can't wear them too long or my feet start to lose feeling.

My son loved this sneaker however the insoles do not last long which makes the sneaker extremely expensive since we didn't even get a year use. He loves everything about the shoe except it is no longer comfortable because of the insole. Very disappointed and would not purchase again because of this

The only comfortable part of these sneakers are the insoles. The mouth of the shoe is too narrow (even for ny skinny ankles, and it is not comfortable when wearing for more than an hour.

Within a week of my purchase, the top shoe lace hole ripped. This completely ruined the experience of wearing the shoe and I've never put it on since. Come do figure out, adidas actually has a warranty on their shoes. I would like either a full refund or replacement. I'm happy to provide pics and I am sure this is a common design flaw. Something sinilaie happened with a pair of ultra boosts I bought in 2019. Can someone from adidas please contact me asp to resolve? Thanks

My last pair of Adidas I owned were size 11, and since these were said to run true to size I figured getting them in 12 (my actual size) would fit well. My size 11 adidas are much more comfortable than these. I guess have to get a 12.5 next time because they ran pretty tight and narrow.

While the sole of the shoe is very comfortable the ankle is extremely snug.. I have pretty thin feet and not chubby ankle it was uncomfortable for me. Really disappointed. Also I can see my socks thru. I owned a pair of Adidas alphabounce and I truly loved them. I wish adidas brings them to Canada. I have searched everywhere and can't find any...

Unlike other ultraboost models I've owned these have a very stiff and uncomfortable ankle collar. I assumed they would soften up after some wears but unfortunately not.

I have returned the shoes for a refund. I have had ultraboost before and loved them. The 4.0 DNA are so hard and stiff they feel like they would be uncomfortable to wear. They were also too big despite purchasing a size I've had before. On retuning have been told it can take 14 days for them to reach warehouse and a further 14 days for refund to processed. Very poor and would put me off purchasing again. There is no excuse for refunds to take up to 28 days.
