This is the second pair of this cycling shoe I have purchased and used (gave the first used pair to my son who loves them). These are better than the first pair I bought a number of years ago. Easy to put on. Hassle free velcro straps. Easy to walk around in. Perfect fit with my Crank Bros pedals and cleats. Highly recommended.

The size chart was accurate. I wear men's 9 D. I bought size 43 and they fit perfectly. I bought SPD cleats from Amazon and easily attached them to the shoes following a couple of YouTube videos.

I'm a woman's size 10.5 to 11. These were too small. Had to go to Men's size shoes (45)

I took these shoes out for a bike ride (13 miles) and liked them very much. They are lighter than the ones that they replace and the hook-and-loop tabs are far better than laces for cycling. I have worn size 44 in cycling shoes and ski boots for decades, and these run true to size. I'm liking them.

Size was as expected. I wear an 8.5 street shoe, bought this shoe in 7.75. Stock insole is junk-best to replace with something with decent heel, and arch support. Put in a custom insole, and good to go. Virtually no break-in time.

At first glance, I didn't think my foot would fit in these shows. They were, to my surprise, incredibly roomy in the toe box, and the size and fit were exactly on point. These shoes are great crossover between road and trail shoes. They are super light, but sturdy. They have less tread then a full-on mountain shoe, but plenty enough to give you grip should you have to bail. Highly recommended!

Order by Euro sizing. I am a true size 47 - what the heck is 11.75? I wanted to replace my current clip shoes because they were very heavy for some reason, these are very light, a big plus. I hope the velcro only bindings last.

I had to return the 10.5 and get a size 11 US. I wear a 10.5 in most shoes but the 10.5 was too tight. The size 11 also felt tight so I wore them around the house for a few hours and it feels like they may have stretched a little and I'm sure they'll get better the more I wear them. If there's arch support I didn't feel it

Not great for wide feet but none of these shoes are. Good deal, work well on my spin bike

Size seemed true, was just slightly large for me. Next size down was 0.75 instead of 0.5. Will give it a try. Bigger issue was the pet hair inside the shoe & in the velcro closures, cleats had been attached then removed. Original box and packaging materials were missing. Zappos should not have allowed the shoes to be returned. Be wary of the size 45 XC1, you might get the lightly used pair I sent back!

I like the look and feel and fit of these shoes a lot. However, now that I have them in hand, I realize that the loop though which the Velcro straps pass is made from thin plastic, rather than metal as other Shimano cycling shoes. I doubt very much these will last very long and will be returning them and looking for a different pair.

The cycling shoe was not fished correctly. It did not have the metal components on the sole to accept any screws for your cleats! Bizarre, just the right shoe, left was fine. Can’t make this stuff up. Very poor quality control as this should not have passed a visual inspection

Shimano have changed their last, it would appear; their latest range just doesn't work for me.
