Overall, comfortable shoe. Glad I ordered a wide because the med width would have been too tight.

I wish I knew I should have used Wide sizes years ago. These are comfortable. I need time to determine how these perform, so will comeback to update the review in 6 months. I am not sure I love the BOA closure, but want more time with that. I feel like the BOA tends to accordian the tongue and mash. it.

Fit was good, comfortable, good material.

Had to return because it didn't fit. Didn't leave enough room for my pinky toe.

I have wide feet. Many cycling shoes seem to trend toward long and narrow even when they say they're wide. These fit nicely and, at least in three 20-40 mile rides, do not rub in uncomfortable places. They were true to size, true to width, look great. I can't ask for anything more from a bike shoe.

It's kinda funny actually because for shoes they fit like a glove! Ha ha! I kill me. =)

The shoes were a little tight on the front of the ankles at first but broke in nicely by the second ride. They felt true to size and Shimano SPD-SL style pedal cleats attached without issue.

Materials do not feel durable enough for bike shoe.

The Shimano sizing chart is confusing. I normally wear a €45 and was told, based on the Shimano sizing chart to order a 48 for a men's 12. I was hesitant but went ahead and did so and now have to return them because they are a whole 2 sizes too big.

Shimano's size chart recommended size 42 (I wear US 8.5) and I found the fit to be a little too loose with cycling socks on. I have flat wider feet and found the shoe width comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box. Unfortunately, the single BOA dial at the midfoot didn't secure my foot as much as I would have liked as I found my heel to be slipping a bit. I returned this shoe and ended up going with a Specialized Torch in size 41 that had two BOA dials which felt a lot more secure.

The single BOA buckling system is terrible because it tightens unevenly across your foot. Worse there's a pressure point at the top of the tongue. Avoid these shoes due to their poor design. Lastly, you won't know this until it's too late to return them, and Shimano won't support you.

the boa lace system was hard to loosen

I could not even fit my foot into the shoe and I purchased a "wide" shoe 2 sizes bigger than my foot to accommodate my width.

I can't say about width or arch as I could not even begin to get my 10.5 size foot into the shoe. Double checked its not a womens size. I have 2 shimano pairs already size 45 or 10.5 with BOA lace. Don't know what happened but if you have a 10.5 foot?
