Disappointed. Although the shoe length was good, they were a bit narrow, and the boot was too tight around the ankle and lower shin. Hurt my shin when I walked. Had to return.

The booties are not true to size. I ordered a size 9 and they're too big. I would order an 8 1/2, but they're out of stock.

I did not like the fit at all. tight around ankles and bunched up at the instep.

The color of the shoe is nice but the shoe itself made my 7.5 foot look much bigger for some reason. Also, the leather is very stiff.

The top was too tight and rubbed my leg with each step.

I like the the way they look, the soles are sturdy, but still feminine and the size is right. The leather is stiff and the top front of the boot digs into my leg, so sending them back.

I was excited because these came in WIDE. I am usually a 9W-9.5W, however, I had to order an 8.5W because 9W & 9.5W were too long. I wanted to like these so much, however, the toe box shape was just a little odd and made my foot look unflattering. Sadly these were returned.

I loved the look and finish ... but they just didn't fit me right. They were so long I didn't dare go up a size, to get a better widthn

The leather was too stiff, and the shoe was too narrow in the with of the toes.

I did not like the material.

The wide width are soooo narrow. Very misleading.

Seemed a little big, my heel was always slipping out. Had to return.

I love the leather and color of these beautiful boots. Design unfortunately did not work for me. They felt very stiff. The opening was very tight, while leather was creating folds on top of the foot. Zipper was not working smoothly. Besides, the heel lining felt very rough on my skin with or without socks. I have to return them.

This show was a bit stiff. Tighter across the toe box and really didn’t have much to it for the cost. I expected better quality and softer leather.

Returned because the boot broke across my instep and was uncomfortable

What to do? One of the reviews stated that this style runs large, another review stated it runs small. I rook a chance and ordered my regular size 8.5... they are at least a size 9 and more narrow than the B width I normally get so back they go. Thankfully Zappos has excellent customer service which I always think of as 5 stars.

Loved the look but the toe box was way too tight and uncomfortable. I have narrow feet and couldn’t stand to take one step.

I love how these boots look and feel. Very comfortable from the start and love that they come in a wide. However, the quality is highly suspect. While the outside is leather, the inside is not, and after two wears, part of the lining has already torn. I'd send them back for a replacement, but my size is no longer available.

Very stiff leather…..zipper was difficult to pull up and down

First one of the boots was unzipped like someone had tried it on and didn’t zip it up. Second the boot was narrow and hard. Not happy about this purchase, definitely returning.

I did go a half size smaller as suggested in previous reviews and they fit. However they were not comfortable and the leather was stiff. I also did not care for the white stitching around the sole of the boot. They looked better in the photos.

Too small. I had cancelled this order and it was confirmed. Should not have been sent out.
