The boots are great just as I expected from Franco Sarto. I have been searching for the right brown ankle boots for awhile. I bit pricey but so happy I ordered.

I like the style and the leather was wonderful. Not too shiny and a bit of grain to show that it was REAL LEATHER!

The boots are quite attractive but felt too narrow so I'm returning them.

These are stylish boots and just what I was looking for. I ordered a 10 but sometimes need a 10 1/2 in boots. These were plenty long with room for an insert since there isn't much arch support. I got the wide width which is nice but I still needed to break the leather in where my pinky toes touch. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Love the look of the shoe, but I have a high instep and it was much too tight.

Beautiful boots. I ordered 6 1/2 because I didn't see an option for ordering European size 37 (6 1/2-7) and they are too tight in the toe.

Nice boot but its apparent that I needed a rounded toe box as though the box was long enough it squeezed by toes and don't think wearing them would have loosened up the fit. A pity because they are nice.

I need arch support. These have none.

I love this bootie! Nice leather and well made all around. I normally wear a 7.5 but it’s too big so I’m returning/exchanging for a 7. (It also seems a bit wide in the heel but I can add heel grips if needed.) Hope it works out!

Too short for me. Probably need to quit ordering an 8.5. Beautiful and soft leather. Decent price. Thank you Zappos.

They just didn't feel right. I did not like how they looked on my foot.

After reading several reviews that this item ran large, I ordered a half size smaller. I should have just ordered my regular size... These are too small. The leather seems nice. The boot has a very narrow look that I'm not sure if I like. I plan to order my regular size and see if that works better...

Love these boots: already had some in black. The leather wears nicely. Returning these because I cannot use two right foot boots. Nor can I use one boot in medium and one in wide. Somebody had a bad day.

Attractive boot, but stiffer than I expected from the description. I was looking for something more comfortable.

Beautifully styled boot, sleek and well made with minimal details. Unfortunately for me the fit wasn't quite right, a little too flat in the toe box, little arch support, and the top front of the boot rubbed my front shin when walking. I was looking for a comfy Chelsea type boot and also tried the Sofft Brookdale but ended up choosing the Spring Step Abel for comfort.

Unfortunately the color is much more orange than the photo. Too warm tone for me, so I had to return.

This is a pretty boot and I'm only returning because I needed a darker brown, and my pants hem caught on the little tab on the back.

The fit was a little loose with lighter socks. I didn't like this color, and the leather felt stiff. I prefer the darker brown.

Comfy boot but it looked more casual than I was hoping. Style would be great for jeans but did not work for me with work pants.

This boot ran too small in a size 8 medium, both in the toe and length. The leather was stiff, too. I put myself on the waiting list for an 8.5, as it’s a nice looking high-quality shoe.
