What can I say, they aren't the boots I wanted but they're the ONLY pair Zappos has had in my size for over a year. In case anyone from customer service contacts me let me save you and me some time. We've spoken

Size wise they were right on. BUT they are the worst Boot I have ever had the mispleasure of wearing this odd year. The soles are super thin, you can feel every rung of a ladder while you climb. Right now they are falling apart and the interior is so worn out I need to carefully remove my foot from them

Bought them in a 5E width, and they have enormous room. I could wear any pair of wool socks I've ever owned and these would still be roomy, in fact I could probably stick my foot in a car-wash mitt and these boots would still accommodate. I shlepped half a foot of mud out of a flooded basement in mid-winter in these, and my feet stayed warm and dry.

The fit was good. The boots are a little heavy but the are comfortable.

ordered a 9xx. Thats my normal size with all other boots. This pair was so large i slid my feet in them...with socks and the pants leg and still they almost fell off walking. fits more like an 11

Comfy and stylish but not snug enough to keep heel from dropping every step. Oh well, they're waterproof so I'll use 'em when I ride the bike!

I bought this shoes for my dad and it was way too large. I bought the next size down and he said it didn’t feel any different. He said this was the first time in his life (69) that he found a shoe that was too big.

Item arrived damaged. The pull loop was broken. Last try to exchange before I shop elsewhere

Initial quality appeared to be quite good. However, these boots run about 1/2 to a full size large and wide. Gotta send them back; hopefully, the next set will fit better.

The sole started falling off after a short time wearing. The inner lining on one boot ripped along the back of the boot making it extremely hard to put on and take off. They are kind of heavy, but relatively comfortable once I got the boots on.

These boots are absolute garbage, but they were the only thing in stock at the time with my size. I wear a large size and Zappos just doesn't stock that item. Its now October and they have fallen apart, the insides are torn, the soles are hurting my feet and the sole is beginning to separate. This is my second pair in two years both don't make it 4 months. Work buys them, I personally would have went to Red Wing
