The shoe bottom and cushion was comfortable, however, I have a high instep/arch and the top portion of the shoe was constricting and uncomfortable.

Loved the shoes and they were crazy comfortable. Only problem was that they were exceedingly narrow so I had to send them back. Haven't had this issue with Cole Haan shoes prior, so I was a bit surprised. Wishing they came in width options because I really liked them and wanted them to fit!

I love this shoe so much, but sadly I had to return it because I need it in a wide size which isn't available! Make this shoe in wide width!!

Nice looking shoe. Runs very narrow. In Cole Haan i have always worn medium width. Disappointed that this did not work. Wanted them for a trip overseas.

I love Cole Haan shoes but these were a bit narrow and I don’t normally have issues with Cole Haan shoes but these were not going to work for me. Sorry I had to return them. I normally wear a 7.5 and purchased an 8 to be safe but they seemed to be snug.

Great looking but really big in the heal. I had to buy a heel pad to try to keep the shoes on. Run big in size compared to laced Cole Hahns.

I ordered my usual women's 10M but found this shoe to be excessively large so I returned the shoes. Also, design wise the shoe was not as sleek as I thought it might be. I miss the old days of Cole Haan, before Nike became involved.

I LOVE these but they were just too narrow to wear. I even got a whole size bigger. Still no way to make them work. Wish these came in wide width.

So disappointed! I travel a lot so I bought these for comfort with casual business style but cannot walk very long before my feet hurt. They do not fit right. Not at all Cole Haan quality.
