The size was probably ok but they were SO hard to put on. I had to return them as they were not comfortable enough.

I have a narrow heel and while the size was fine, it felt sloppy in the heel.

This boot had an exposed plastic mold (not sure what to call it) that went over the top of the foot inside of the boot. The plastic mold could be felt and had sharp edges. Not sure if this was an error from the production line... but I had to return. Going to try a different style.

As always, I can depend on any shoe I order through Born to be comfortable and true to size. Although this type of leather on this boot can scuff easily, it is still a great shade of brown and goes well with jeans and other pants. This particular boot has a low heel which makes them comfortable to walk in all day.

Born brand are soooo comfortable! They were awesome right out of the box. Wear them constantly!

Comfortable as soon as I put them on. Great if you're going to be walking a lot.

The toe box was too narrow so my feet were squeezed and they hurt. Not all people can wear pointed toe shoes. I love Born shoes, but, just the ones with round toes.

I love the look and quality of these Chelsea boots, but, sadly, Born does not make wide sizes, and I don’t want to suffer through a long break-in time for my wide feet. I must return them.

Size and fit were basically fine. I would have preferred to be able to take out the original insole and insert my powerstep insole for my additional arch support, but that was impossible. So I am going to take a chance and pray that the insole in this shoe is enough to make the shoe comfortable, long term.. Verdict is still out.....

I found these to be just what I wanted. Very comfortable with no breaking in required!

This was probably true to size, but apparently I now need whatever is wider than a B width. I loved the look and the style of them, and hate to return them.

I have always loved Born shoes. High quality leather and craftsmanship. But, the toe box was too narrow for me and hurt my feet because the leather is stiff.

A classic, versatile Chelsea boot. The mouth of the boot rubs my shin in the front but I’ll be wearing with pants or taller socks anyway so nbd. Very happy with this purchase.

I thought these boots were cute and comfortable though a little stiff ( I'm sure because they need breaking in). My big problem was trying to get it on. I have an ankle injury so a zipper would have made it easier to get it on and off.

I truly liked to look of these boots, but they were tight width wise with even light weight socks. A half size up would be too long for my feet. Sadly, returning and ordering a different brand.

This is a rare Born disappointment for me. Normally you put on a Born shoe or boot and it is perfect! This was not a medium in width - felt like a narrow. I will also say that the design of this boot makes your foot look longer - not a nice look. I rarely return Born but this time I did. The search for a new black bootie continues...sigh.

Born shoes usually run big and the 10's are perfect but not this shoe, it was much too tight especially in the toes. I wish I could have worn them.

These are beautiful boots. I generally wear a size 8 M but these were a bit snug and too difficult to get on. I have another pair of Born boots and they are much looser and I can wear thick socks with them. I ordered another pair of Brenta boots in an 8 1/2 and they are perfect.

Loved the color and style, but the fit at the ankle was very uncomfortable.

Color is not like picture

This shoe pinches the top of my foot when I walk. It's not very comfortable.
