Like the look, fit is fine/roomy, padded collar and tongue help but the shoe is very tall/stiff around my ankle. Support isn't as good as I hoped. Trying different insoles and and orthotics. Read and heard good things, second Clarks attempt, no more for me.

Good shoes but noisy when walking. Changed the insoles with another pair of shoes. Noise went away.

Very comfortable, with a well-cushioned sole. But they squeaked when I walked due to a spot on the insole rubbing against the side of the shoe. I replaced the insole with one from the grocery store and it stopped the odd sound. They lasted about 14 months of office wear, although they do look well-worn at this point.

too big

I was shopping for women's european size 40 or 41 shoes. Size 41 european equates to size 9 & 1/2 to 10 in US Womens shoes. These shoes were sent instead - US MENS's size 10. Obviously, they didn't fit. Zappos, could you please list the US as well as the European size of shoes? That would help avoid this problem!!

Big disappointment. I have worn 9.5 all my life, they list this as 9.5, it is more like an 11 in length. The width is fine, which I was happy about, but I will be returning as these flop like a circus clown's boots when I walk in them. Then, message to Clarks, these have to be the cheapest looking shoes they have ever made. The "leather" looks just like the knock off purses you find on the street. It feels like plastic too. Shame, Shame on Clarks, they used to be my go to shoes, but now, they are nothing more special than something you could make yourself.

As other reviewers have identified, these shoes are of lesser quality and make annoying noise with every step. The soles are different than my previous set. Clarks shoes have always been my favorite up until now. I will not be purchasing Clarks shoes in the future!

Comfortable and great fit but awful walking shoe. Heel is massive and clumsy. Have worn for over a month doesn’t get better.
