The stitching on top makes the inside of the shoe uneven and it rubs the top of my foot uneven and raw.

We bought this same shoe in black a year ago. Now the black and brown both fit quite a bit smaller.
Apparently they are being made somewhere else.

I've bought several pairs of Clark shoes over the years and have been perfectly happy - great comfort and fit.
I bought thjs pair and found they were mislabeled or not true to size. I am 70+ years old and wear a perfect 7 1/2 D. These shoes were much too tight. As I said either mislabled or true to size as advertised a medium width.
I will say I returned them and Clarks refunded my purchase but am hesitant to buy from Clarkls again as it is a hassle to have to return stuff.

I bought these shoes for my new job and I am extremely disappointed. I wore the shoes four times and the heel/sole of the shoe came off. It appears that they were improperly glued.

I have another Clarke’s in the same size, but these feel a half size larger and since they are loafers, they feel like they’ll come off when I’m walking. Would have returned them except that I had already worn them for a day before realizing it

They are very comfy and I would have kept them, but I think the sole looks too clunky and I'm not a fan of that center spine they created on the top of the shoe tongue. It looks creepy in person. lol But I can see that I would totally recommend their shoes as quality products. The leather is so nice. It is thick leather and beautifully matched in color and thickness of the leather. Soles seem like they would last a very long time.

I normally fit with Clark size 7, in other word normal fit means 1/2 " longer than my toe. This model is more than 1" longer than my toe. Clark Cortrell is a right length.
I'd also recommend:
