Beautiful shoe - good quality but I returned since I did not care for look.

They look beautiful but not comfortable for someone with plantar fasciitis.

I have narrow feet and the fit on these is slightly on the narrow side, which is nice. I still had to use an insert, but feels better than regular medium widths that I'm often swimming in. Not quite sure I'm keeping these yet, as I'm between these and the wingtip oxfords. I might try a 1/2 size down though, because they seem to give me too much room at the back of the heel.

Great shoe. Still a little stiff after numerous wears and a higher price point than I'd expect, but overall I love them. Will likely purchase in black.

The shoes are nice but they look nicer in the picture. They are comfortable and good fit for the size.

These shoes are well made and good looking. I returned them because they were too tight.

This was my first Cole Haan purchase, and I love the look and construction of this shoe. For that, I would give five stars. However, I subtracted one star because, sadly, the shoes don't fit my foot with the orthotics I need, although I selected the size and width of all my other flats which I wear with orthotics. The "B" width is a little too narrow. I'm sorry to have to return them, but am glad that the Internet purchase can be returned to a local store.

Looks great. Comfortable but leather is stiff and needs breaking in. Real rating is 3.5 until after a few wears.

Quite narrow. But, great shoe.

It's a gorgeous shoe, and I just wish it didn't run narrow. Unfortunately, I had to return this pair. It was a difficult decision, since I was wondering if perhaps the leather would stretch with time, and I absolutely love the quality and the look of the leather. My other pair of Cole Haan oxfords, which I've owned for several years, are incredibly comfortable, but after wearing these on the carpet for a bit, I had to admit they were just a little too tight. I am super disappointed.

Perfect! This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned.

The shoes are very comfortable and they look good on my feet. The heel is a bit wide though.

These shoes look even nicer in person than they do in photos. Soft black leather in a very classic and professional design. Comfortable to wear all day standing, and they have good traction on the bottom of shoe, making them appropriate for restaurants as well as the office. The only issue is that they are very narrow and fit a bit small. I ordered them a half size up, which fit well, but I could have easily went a full size up just because of how narrow they are.

Love these they feel wonderful in my feet and stylish as well. True to size.

Good design and comfort

A little flat and low arch support. Have to use an insert so my feet will not overpronate. Love the look of the shoes though! Great style.
