These are beautiful boots. I had a problem with 2 things: 1.) They are not waterproof and I didn't know that until after I ordered them; 2.) I never considered my arch to be exceptionally high, but even after unzipping the back, and unloosening the laces, I still could not get my foot into the boot with a minimal sock.

Beautiful product, but did not hit my feet in the right places. Ecco doesn't seem to offer half sizes and I seem to be between sizes. And I wish it had a bit more support (closer fitting heel, more support through arch). But gorgeous leather, nice sticky rubber lug sole for traction. Not sure if it's waterproof. If it had fit perfectly I would have overlooked this, but my very difficult-to-fit-feet were not a match, here, even though I have Ecco sandals that are perfect.

Extremely small. The back zipper is gusseted and it was very difficult to get my foot in. Then they entire boot felt a half size or more too small

The heel pinches in uncomfortably where the stiff outer rubber overlay wraps around the outside of the boot heel.
