I am so bummed that the shape of the footbed in the boots has changed since I bought my last pair and these did not fit me.

I have big feet(12) and large calves. This boot is a perfect fit. Pants and all go right in. I've been wanting Boggs for a long time and these will be with me for a long time.

These were the second choice for my granddaughter. The first boots were to tight around the calf. These boots fit really well and she was thrilled with them. Comfortable and stylish

I bought these to wear for barn chores and turn out at a horse farm in Michigan where the conditions can get really ugly (snow, ice, rain, lots and lots of mud). They have a REALLY wide calf. They were huge and clunky on my feet and hard to move around in (women's size 8). I'm 5'7" with a slim build and I had to return them because they were just way too big in the calf and too clunky to be comfortable. I walk miles and miles when I'm on the farm and I need to be able to move - these were like huge rubber blocks on my feet. Also, hay, mud, snow etc. would get in the wide gap between the boot and my leg if I wore them with breeches or riding tights (which I am usually wearing on the farm). I wanted to like them, because they looked very warm and sturdy, but they were just too big and clunky for me.

I am so disappointed with the new bogs design. I have had bogs for 15+ years and loved them. My last pair that was 10+ years old just wore out so I bought a new pair. The design is different- the rubber part in the front now comes halfway up your shin and bends in weird way where it meets the neoprene, slapping against your shin with each step. The rubber part previously ended at the bottom of the shin and bent naturally at the juncture of your foot and shin.

I miss my old Bogs! These seem stiff and not as warm. The 30% lighter make them 30% worse - sorry but true!

The boots are so gigantic and clunky. I bought some great hogs 3-4 years ago which are sleeker and doesn't have that big rubber boot part at the bottom, which is just totally out of harmony for a women's boot I feel. Looks like a work boot for firemen or mail men. Very disappointed. But I looked again at the website and the photos are deceiving. They should show the boots on the feet and kegs of real people! But I wore them once in the rain. So heavy too even though I thought I had pressed on the 30% lighter boot? But buying and researching. Shoes on an iPhone is a bit difficult with your website too.
Sorry to be so negative.

I purchased these boots to walk with our dogs through farm land, tall wet grasses, etc. Unfortunately it appears that these boots may just be modified men's boots. The modification is a cushion around the upper ankle which appears to be designed to hold the foot in the boot. I found it uncomfortable with rubbing that could create blisters. I returned them and am considering just ordering the men's boot in the smallest size available.

I think this is the 5th or 6th pair I've bought just for myself and since it's lighter, I wanted to try a more rugged model. I'm an 8.5 and out of habit ordered a 9. I didn't scroll down for the sizing reviews since it's always been consistent. Definitely a full size too big and really boxy. So I bought another pair of classic high in the blue matte. Should be fine.

I know my size in Muck and Hisea so I thought I'd give these a shot. They are def a size too small, and now it's going to cost me $10 to return and the correct size is out of stock. Waste of my time. :(

I have always loved Bogs. I have two dogs regularly needing to get outdoors and my trusty boots by the back door are worn in all types of weather. You have significantly changed this boot. It is much heavier, tighter in fit, and the material in which it is made (not neoprene) is cheaper in design. I won't be replacing my old boots anytime soon.

These have an extra layer of insulation around the heel that juts way out into the boot, and rubbed against my ankle in a very painful way. Could not wear these for more than a few minutes.

These are so cute. But hands-down a total fail. I'm so disappointed. I got rid of my other boots because these are so cool looking, lightweight and comfortable. I wore them today for the 3rd time but It was the first rainy day and my boots literally filled with water just from walking around getting rained on. Never had this happen with "another" brand. Like filled with water. The tops were soggy.

I returned the first pair because they leaked and the replacement pair leaked, too.
My previous pair of bogs lasted years, but I guess it's time I moved on to a different brand.

I ordered a pair and wore them on two short walks and good chunk of the tread wore off. I returned them and received another pair (had to pay for shipping) and have only wore these one the snow so far. The tread does not grip on snow or ice. I wore them outside in 20 degree weather while being active and my feet were freezing in minutes. They also gave me blisters.

I have to say I'm thoroughly disappointed.
I can't imagine how the other boots feel because these are heavy (to be lightweight). I bought these for a recent trip and these are not comfortable travel shoes. I wore them to travel so I wouldn't have to keep them in my luggage, but I am disappointed in how heavy they were wearing them all day. They were fine for the first hour or so but while trekking through the airport I was mad at myself for buying them and even more upset I can't return them (as they've been worn). They also came in larger than I expected. If you're a half size, order down. The description says order up, so that's what I did (which I regret). I'm an 8 and I always size up to am 8.5 or 9 with boots. I ordered the 9. Even with my thickest socks on, there was plenty of space in the toe box and I could've gone down. I have a wide foot and it feels pretty wide, even for me.
I'm away now, but I honestly don't even want to wear these shoes on the trip back home and I'm not enthused about wearing them during the trip, now.

These boots appear to be very high quality however the fit is not good. The top is tight around the calf and the rubber shape is molded forward so it is uncomfortable. I am 5'9" and 130 lbs and I typically wear a women's size 0 or 2. I have normal proportioned legs and calves. I have never had to wear wide calf boots before, so I ordered the regular calf size Bogs boots. I was very surprised to find that while my normal size 9 fit perfectly for my feet, the calf was too tight and it hit at an uncomfortable spot on my calf. It was very annoying to walk and feel this with every step. Even standing it dug in because there was no wiggle room around the calf and the boot is also molded forward. I was also disappointed to see that this boot is not offered in wide calf. Very disappointing that Bogs is not more inclusive of all body types. They also don't seem to do testing with a range of body types because the proportions are just wrong.

Bad customer service. Boots were worn a few times a week for four months during the summer in Alaska. They still look brand new. Then they were stored inside. This summer when I put them on they leaked. The seam is not the issue it's leaking from the top of the boot above my foot. The warranty expired one month before I contacted Bogs and they would not refund me. This is the second pair of boots I've purchased that have leaked. I will not buy anything from this company again.

Your boots used to be great. Now the circumference of the ankel and top opening would necessitate me doubling my body weight! So wide the ankles make me trip and the top so open that when irrigating my fields I have to dump the wheat out of the boots. FIRE your designers

despite your size chart recommendations, size 10 was still a bit too big, and the heel slips. Size 9 would be too tight,, incidentally, my wife Amy had the same problem, had to send hers back twice. Also i had problems with the "postage free return", had to pay $25 to send back. I ended up buying a pair of Muck boots.
