Fit a half size large. Loved the shearling lining and the overall look of the shoe. The footbed was terrible. Was too firm, the geography didn’t match my foot at all.

I really tried to like these because of the arch support, but they were too hard on my toes though they were too wide. I had tried a half size down from the Birkenstock website and those were too narrow in the toe box. Oh well, can’t recommend them.

I have ordered this style before in another color and really loved them, but this time the right shoe did not feel comfortable at all. Especially in the toe box.

This item does not fit as expected. Feet not staying within shoes. Need a full heel for comfort and safety .

Wanted arch support in a slipper. They have the arch support but I do not find them as comfortable as my Birkenstock mayas. The arch in the right shoe almost feels like it's in the wrong place. It's uncomfortable on the ball of my foot.

Ordered these in a narrow fit because regular wasn't available, made the whole slipper feel too small overall. They were also super stiff, felt like they'd need a little extra "break-in" time. Have to send back, too bad :(

The fit and sizing were accurate, but the sole was uncomfortable. It has a very large hump along the OUTER edge, which pushes your ankles inward. Because of this, it felt like the arch support was non-existant, and it hurt the outer edges of my feet. I wanted to love them because they were cute, felt well made, and the wool was really nice.

These are the least liked pair of Birkenstock shoes. The heel wore down quicker than the actual insert. Would not recommend.

I really wanted to LOVE these slippers as much as I love my regular Birks. However, the wool upper was itchy and not soft or cozy on the inside. Full disclosure: I also don't wear wool sweaters as I find them itchy. I ended up returning because of this. :(

These seem a bit tight due to the shearling footbeds and the wool uppers, which I hope will stretch as I wear them. My biggest complaint is the minimal arch support provided by the slippers. I do like the fact that they breathe fairly well, though my feet do get too warm in them after a while. I would say that they are the lesser of the evils in winter slippers I have tried.

These were attractive enough but definitely a slipper not a shoe. Also as others have said the shearling is only on the sole so the top wool part was stiff and I was not able to tell if it would soften up. Ultimately I think I will order the regular shearling lined Birks instead.

Very nice quality product, however, even though the product was marked "narrow" it was still way to wide for my foot.

I need a firmer sole and these were quite flexible. Cozy warm but just notwhat I need for my feet.

I wanted a good pair of supportive slipper so I got these and the happy lambs style. I felt these were thin on the sole and didn’t have as great of arch support as the happy lamb. I also felt the zermatt made my feet tilt inward a bit which was strange. I kept the happy lambs, they are the same price.

these were uncharacteristically uncomfortable Birkenstocks. The shoe felt completely flat with no arch support.

Ordered medium width and boy that was a mistake. Couldn’t get my foot in and I don’t even have wide feet! Do yourself the favor and get the regular width!

These did not like any of my other Birks. They were long, narrow in the toes but large across the instep. I did not feel much arch support. They are cute though, wanted to like them.

Not so happy with these. Even though they're marked narrow, they're quite loose.

They were way too hard for me.

Fabric is laminated not one layer like the solid colored slippers

Loved the shoe but the upper material made gave my feet a rash. Unfortunately I have to return.

Ordered narrow, still too wide. Great shoes, but I can’t wear them. My feet slip right out.
