Loved the color and styling (ordered the Biscotti) and looked forward to these shoes matching my new neutral colored handbag, but there was no arch support at all. The slightly padded footbed was comfortable but again not supportive. The leather itself was very stiff and I could see that it would take many many wearings to soften them up to the point that I could wear them all day. Unfortunately, am returning. For the price, the leather should be much softer and shouldn't really need to be "broken in."

These shoes have the softest leather I have ever experienced in a brand new flat. They were immediately comfortable and don't feel like they require any breaking in. Great value and very cute for the comfort they provide!

I bought the black leather model and they are very nice. I needed a simple, flat shoe that would work with slacks and jeans. something to run errands in and just hang out in. These are perfect. After reading the reviews, someone said the shoe seems to vary with color. They may be on to something. My black flats are a very soft leather and I fit in the size I always wear in almost all brands. They were comfy the first time I put them on and now I have worn them a few times and they have never hurt my feet in any way. I like them a lot and wish there were more colors that would go with my wardrobe.

The fit of the black flats was perfect in the 5.5 medium width. I do understand that the sizing seems to vary by color. I bought the maple colored flats and they were a full size bigger. I think my feet just got lucky with the black flats.

I always take a 5.5 medium and the 5.5 in the Jillie flats is perfect These cool flats are on-trend with the square toe and they are comfortable too. I wouldn't spend the day sight-seeing in these but they would be perfect for an activity that does not require tons of walking. I bought the black pair and they are soft and conformed to my foot easily. I'm going to buy more colors for summer.
