I got these to replace some worn out Cobb Hill in the same style but I wanted navy. These shoes are very comfortable, perfect in fit.

These were almost right, but a little too roomy and unsupportive. Went with a more closed shoe for fall/winter.

This is a comfortable, and supportive shoe, that I found to be a generous medium. I fall between M and W fit, and 8.5/9. It's always difficult to chose between 8.5M or W vs 9M, depending on the make. However, having recently developed pain from Morton's neuroma, I will return and remain in very cushioned insoles. I didn't care for the very wide strap, which, in my opinion, makes them look clunky, and certainly more of an Ortho style, but I may buy the Navy down the road, if I can get some relief for this recent ailment. The insole is removable though, and is certainly not uncomfortable . If you don't have neuroma, and need supportive comfort, it fits the bill, and is true to size..erring slightly toward generous.

The narrow was actually as narrow as it should be. Because it is turned u[ at the toe a larger size may be needed, but then may be too wide. It may hurt the large toe.

I am a little mad at myself...my feet sometimes gets swollen and unfortunately these absolutely gorgeous shoes are cut just a little too low in the front and that becomes a pressure point. This shoe deserves 5 stars in all categories but because of the low cut (really minor issue), I gave 4 stars.

Very pleased with this shoe--fit is fine, comfy. Currently having edema problem and the strap across is very helpful as well as attractive. Goes with any occasion. And always pleased with service at Zappos.

Very cute shoes. Unfortunately they narrowed at the toes too much - I think trying to make the toe pointier. These are very floppy and bendy, no support. I sent them back.

A nice looking shoe, good quality construction. Would love to keep them, but the narrow feels like a medium, and my heel slides up and down as I walk.

The shoes fit true to size. They are cute and comfortable. I am returning them, but only because I’m looking for a pair that has outstanding comfort because I have bad feet. But for others without my issues, they would be great.

I went back and forth as to whether or not I should keep these. The deciding factor is that they are a bit slippery. With my work, I just can't have that...so they are going back.

The top part of shoe cut into the side bone of my big toe.

I like the look of these. But the leather is stiff. It may ‘give’ with wear but or feel better if they were stretched. But these were not ‘comfy right out of the box’ like all the other Comfortiva brand shoes I own. Had to return

Comfort was excellent. Materials were excellent. Seems to run large. I wear an 8, but it feels like a 9 .

If you work on your feet for extended periods of time, please do not purchase these shoes. They are incredibly uncomfortable.

Straight up old lady shoe. No support. Returned
