I really wanted these shoes to work for me. So cute, warm and waterproof. But the lack of arch support and narrow in the footbed -- have to return.

I felt like these boots were true to size and actually a bit large in the toe box, unlike another reviewer who thought they ran small. And I like that I can lace them to fit better, then use the convenient front zip. Very cozy and cute.

I've been trying to replace a beloved pair of Helly Hansen boots for years without luck--nothing worked, including Sorels—until I found these. They are so cute and SO WARM! I feel like they're giving my feet a hug. For me they're ever so slightly narrow in the toe box, but it's not really an issue--doesn't hurt or cause rubbing. Also I have bunions from dancing, so that might be causing at issue with the fit. The arch support isn't great either, but I live in NYC and walk miles every day with my kids, and I'm comfortable. I love the side zipper-and-laces combo, which makes getting them on an off easy, I love the style, and again, most importantly, I love the warmth! I ordered the Daniel Waterproof from this brand too, to compare. It's highly adorable but not QUITE as comfortable in the footbed, and it's a little shorter in the shaft height, which could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for.

These are very cute and comfortable boots. I like having the zip along with the tie to get a perfect fit. Since they are short boots with fur, normal jeans or pants don’t drape well around the ankle. But I wear them with slim jeans or leggings tucked in. Also, the fur is so soft that they are a delight without socks. I really wish the silver ones were in stock!

The boot is terrific looking and the zipper is wonderful as one doesn't have to lace the boots up at all. I have only walked a little in them and size feels true to fit the a bit narrower in toe region but I wonder if this will stretch out some with wear. I haven't walked much yet in them so I can't comment on what others have found in terms of arch support but what I can say now is that I was looking for something stylish, warm, not too high, and good traction on the bottom of the boot -- and this boot meets all these requirements!

I live in a big city and own a pair of taller, heavier-duty snow boots for "real" snow days, but those are getting rarer and rarer. I bought these for those days when it's freezing outside with potentially icy ground and/or light snow but want to step out for a walk or an errand. Low arch support. Super soft inside - fully lined with faux fur - and warm. Love the style. Wish the brand made half sizes - the 7s were far too small for me. Ended up finding the 8s from a different retailer and keeping them, though they are a tad big even with thicker socks. FYI I usually wear 7.5 in street shoes.

Awesome shoes! Super warm and soft. ideal for cold weather and long walks. I really recommend them.

I wanted these to fit so much! They're very cute and warm. But they are too narrow, and already too long so I can't go a size up. I could feel my toes pinching even in the 10 minutes I wore them around my house.
