These shoes felt very small, I coudlnt even get my foot in the boot. They are beautiful and feel well made. I wear a size 9 and was unwilling to size up.

Loved the look and feel of these black patent booties... BUT had to return, poorly made. They scuffed so badly after first wear to office that patent was worn off along side of foot and front toes. I don't work at a construction site. Normal office wear. Zappos was great as usual.

The boots fit me, but the left bottom heel was really loose after the first time I wore them. I've only wore them that one time. I was walking pretty slowly in them too.. they were quite uncomfortable.

They looked perfect in the box. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit me right. The top was uncomfortable around my leg and the gap on the top of my foot was really big. I loved the way they looked. Disappointed in the fit. Had to return them.
