These shoes are EXTREMELY comfortable, even working on concrete surfaces for 8 hours. I had been experiencing tendonitis from old, broken down shoes, and the relief from these was immediate.

True to fit and as described on website. Very pleased!

My feet do best with Vibram soles and these are a welcome style alternative to my Merrell hiking shoes. I've worn size 37 in Danskos before but had to exchange these for size 38. They have excellent arch support, stability control and enough room in the toe box for my sensitive toes. The one issue I have with them is the lowest eyelet sits uncomfortably right on top of my big toe joint -- even on the foot without a bunion. I have inserted a pad there and hope that with time it will become more comfortable.

Love these! Purchased my second pair. Perfect for work because I am on my feet alot.

I am happy overall with purchase. I have large bunions and think the shoes are uncomfortable a little bc of my bunions and bc they’re brand new shoes. They look very nice and im sure they will “break in” well.

Too short

Returned due to size. Too small.

The left shoe was a perfect fit but the right shoe was significantly too small, maybe a full size. Really squished my toes.

Fit was fine; the insole did not feel like it offered any arch support at all. The back of the shoe is shaped with a very severe curve inward (ostensibly to hug the back of the foot/heel) which caused uncomfortable rubbing no matter how well the laces were tightened. I was surprised by how uncomfortable these were just walking around on hardwood floors inside my house to test them out. I had Danskos recommended by multiple friends but based on these shoes, have no interest in trying any of their other styles.

I have 3 pairs of the similar Dansko shoe, "Paisley", so I purchased the Phylicia in the same size. OUCH! Phylicia runs so short that my big toe hit the end even when trying on with just a footie instead of a normal walking sock.

I am looking for a shoe with a little more support, than tennis shoes, work. I’m standing most of the day. These have good side support, but I’m needing more cushion in the soles than these provide. Returning.

I am going to try the next size up.

I loved these shoes! The style and the support were just what I was looking for. Felt great, except that they ran so small. I have many pairs of Dansko shoes in various styles and these just ran too small. My toes were at the end of the shoe. I ordered up to the next size and they are just a bit too big. Too bad! Sadly I ended up with neither one. For that kind of money, I need the shoes to fit without hoping my socks are thin or thick enough....

Liked the shoe, it was just too short for my foot. I am a solid 9.5--sometimes even a 9. This one--which supposedly encompasses 9.5-10--was too small. My toes hit the tip of the shoe. Didn't feel comfortable ordering a size up. Liked the style and comfort otherwise.

I agree with other reviewers. The show is running small. Order different pairs of Dansko sneakers in my regular size and they fit. This felt about 1/2 size too small.

I really think this pair was mismarked by the vendor. I could barely get them on.

Waterproof shoes - that's a great idea for days when I have to walk through dew covered grass. Unfortunately, these shoes run short. I also have narrow feet, so I can't go a size larger, because the shoes are already wide on me. They also are like the other Dansko style I tried that was the correct length but feels very wobbly from left to right. I wonder why Dansko seems to design their foot bed with a raised section under the heel and ball of the foot that doesn't extend the full width of my foot. It's strange. I'm not keeping these.

I suffer from bad Plantar Fasciitis and have been on the hunt for shoes I can wear all day long while on my feet. I live in the Dansko platform sandals for as long as I possibly can before it gets too cold as they are the ONLY shoes my feet dont hurt in. I had high hopes for these shoes to do the same to take me through the cold months, but sadly they had no support or cushion. Even when I added inserts, they were uncomfortable.

This shoe is very sporty looking, and very, very stiff. The first issue for me was the sizing, as it is a full size too small. Very odd, as I just bought a pair of Dansko boots in the same size and they are a little big.

These shoes have a much shorter length than other dansko shoes. I usually wear a size 41 in danskos, but I could barely fit my foot inside of these! Also, unlike the sneakers these resemble, these shoes have a very stiff sole, probably great for standing long periods, but maybe not the best for day hiking/dog walking.

The shoe reminded me of wearing cleats or a bowling shoe - pretty rigid and without much support. It fit ok in my toe area, but the heel was just too long so my foot was slipping out in the back. If I got a smaller size my toes would be touching the end of the shoe.

Love the style of this shoe but the foot support is way too hard and inflexible for comfortable walking. It had more heel support than arch support so unfortunately these are going back. The color of the grey with the darker bands is very nice.

These were way too stiff, the outside of the shoe rubbed against my foot bone. While I wanted to like these for their waterproof quality (and I have had MANY pairs of the Dansko Honor shoe and found it very comfortable), I was unprepared for how stiff these were. Since I have arthritis, these would undoubtedly not be good for foot comfort and I am returning.

These shoes hurt my feet. I ordered 7.5 which is my regular size but these are quite tight and it does not feel like the material will stretch in the least. I am disappointed.
