I needed to order up a size on these shoes but let me tell you they are wonderful. I wore them on a two week trip over uneven cobblestones and my feet felt great at the end of the day. Nice trim look to these shoes, not wide or clunky.

The fit and size seems good. I bought these for a trip to Rome in the fall. I need support and also good traction. Fingers crossed ! I think this is the show I need!

Shoutout to the reviewers who said to order a size up - I always am leery to do so because it doesn’t always pan out but the reviewers sounded as though they had enough experience with Dansko to offer that helpful advice. I normally wear a 39 but the 40 fits perfectly. Super cute and supportive of my ailing feet. Love these, they are exactly what I was looking for. Skechers sells a similar look that I was interested in but they were not supportive at all. Worth the extra money I paid for the Dansko.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip as I trust Danskos with my feet. What I like most about the style is the shoes are trim looking, not wide or clunky. I bought my normal size [40]. There is not a lot of room for a thick sock, but a thin merino works fine. I am typically a 9.5 to 10 shoe, depending on the brand, and my feet are a bit narrow. I bought a pair of Keen Rose sandals at the same time, and those had to go back because they were too wide on my foot.

I wear size 11-11.5N, but these still work (size 42). Super-comfy. Not overly "clunky."

I ordered the size 39 (my usual size in Dansko) and the size 40 after reading other reviews. Could barely get my foot into the size 39's!! The 40's are perfect, so keeping those. Love the "quick lace" for adjustability but no tying! These will work well for an upcoming trip where I wanted something supportive but not as "obvious" as a running shoe.

Bought these for an upcoming walking vacation in Europe, and I have tons of Dansko shoes/clogs for my job that I love. I thought I'd try these sneaker type shoes. They are bouncy, have good support, nice wide toe box for my wide feet. They didn't feel quite as supportive in the arch as the clogs, which I thought was odd. I tried them with Superfeet in them and didn't seem much better, so maybe they just fit differently than I expected. My other concern is that while they look like mesh on the outside which would cool your feet in hot weather, but they are all lined on the inside with a soft fabric. Hoping that doesn't make my feet sweat more in warmer weather. I will be keeping them as the grey/sand color is a neutral color that goes with everything. They aren't bulky or look like regular old running shoes (no rugged bottom on these). I wanted something cute but comfortable for outfits and I think these are great.

When I first put these on, the left one was a 'sock eater' for a bit - so much so I almost put them back in the box. But, I decided to wear them a bit longer, like an hour, and the problem resolved. These are super comfortable, plenty of room for my average width toe box. I have narrow heels, which makes Dansko slip ons not an option for me - but being able to tighten the laces on these makes them fit great. I will probably purchase a second color I like them so much!

Over all a great shoe, especially since it comes in a wide. Lots of cushion in the heel which is great for standing long periods of time. Style is 50/50 for me. Not as unattractive as other ‘comfort’ shoes but definitely has an old lady look to it. Not too much arch support which I was surprised about.

I normally wear size 10 1/2 and these shoes fit fine. My feet are narrow but Dansko’s work for me. I began walking in them immediately and they are great for that. I hate tying shoelaces so I wanted the toggle feature. This is my second pair. I love this brand.

This shoe was excellent for my "good" foot, but on my "bad" foot, which has musculature problems related to a stroke, my muscles didn't allow me to put it on at all! Sorry, that is not Zappo's fault or Dansko's fault: it's just my foot's fault!

I have a wide front and a narrow heel. Sadly, I now have a wider front! I ordered the Wide C - I'm so happy! The base of this shoe is constructed so well. They are so comfortable; making walking on them a delight for me. Great arch support. I may order another pair, but it would have to be the same color because they're out of the other two. Still, I just might!

I've been purchasing my Dansko shoes exclusively from Zappos as I know they will always be a perfect fit and extremely comfortable. To date, I have never been disappointed nor have I ever had to return a pair.

This is a great fitting and supportive shoe, especially is you have plantar fasciitis like me. However, the shoe looks a little weird to me (trying to hard to be fashionable?) so I went with a pair of Hoka one one’s instead. This shoe was probably the better shoe from a construction standpoint, tho.

I have 30 difficult to sit sheet and neither size really was comfortable. The fabric was stiff. The wide size was very loos at my narrow heel.

I ordered a larger size based on reviews. These were not as large as a Dansko size 40 would typically be. They are very attractive, but just a bit too large, especially in the heel.

Cute shoe, in another style I am wearing a 38, I do have a wide foot, in this style I could not even put my foot in the shoe.

This is the narrowest Dansko shoe that I have ever gotten. Just didn't work for me.

I needed black shoes with good arch support. And I think these fit the bill. The heel is a little bit higher than I expected, but I've worn them for an entire day, and my hips and knees did not complain - which is what matters to me.

Size and for okay. Not happy with the scuff that was o. The brand new shoe.
