I was so looking forward to these boots! They are stylish and waterproof! I have Dansko clogs that I wear on an almost-daily basis, so I had high hopes. The material on these boots are VERY stiff. Just walking around the house, they cut into the top of my ankle flesh. I do have a bit wider feet, but in these boots, by toes were squished! I have to return these and keep searching :(

As someone who has arthritis in my toes I can’t really be as choosy as I would like to be with my shoes. My feet require stiff soles to prevent flare ups and protect the joint from further degradation. Dansko is considered to be one of the absolute best brands for my type of arthritis. However, for whatever reason, the company did not use their usual clog sole for these. They are EXTREMELY flexible. The color is not as burgundy as it appears in photos. It’s somewhere between a deep red and brown. I was super bummed because I was hoping to get a pair of waterproof burgundy boots for winter that won’t wreck my feet and cause my hallux limitus to flare up, but these aren’t it. I will unfortunately have to return them.

I LOVE these booties! I have high arches and have battled Plantar Fasciitis for years, so I was apprehensive about trying a wedge bootie. However, I was able to comfortably wear these all day long, straight out of the box. They go with jeans, casual skirts and I’m looking forward to pairing them with cute textured tights. The color is a creamy Butterscotch with slightly darker burnished accent at the toes and heels. It bothered me a little at first, but once I put them on and felt how comfortable and supportive these booties are - the burnished toes really didn’t bother me. I have thin ankles so the tops of the booties irritating the skin (like other reviewers mentioned) did not occur for me. I hope you’ll give these booties a try!

These are super light weight. I don't think I have ever experienced such a light weight boot. They are ergonomic and have good tread on the bottom. My only grip is they are just a tad wide in the ankle area for me. This is often an issue for me I have narrow skinny feet. But because they are curved in such a way that my foot stays in place and the arch support can be felt when I put my full weight on them. I am normally a size US 8 but euro sizes are a bit different. A euro 39 is 8.5-9 but I feel like in general I am a 39 in danskos length wise and euro sized run a tad smaller than american/canadian, but width wise it can feel slightly wide for me. If I sized down I'm not sure I could fit my high instep in them. So although these aren't as perfect as they could be they come close and I think I will be keeping them.

These booties are elegant and make my legs look longer. And a bonus that they are waterproof. I usually wear a 36 in Dansko and these fit true to size. They fit like regular shoes, not loose like the Dansko clogs. These can be worn casually as well as for work. I hope Dansko will make more styles with the pointed toe. Other reviewers have said that the boot rubs the ankles and the leather is stiff. I did not find this to be the case for me. The leather is medium stiffness, not buttery soft, so I do wear socks that cushion the ankles, just as I would with most boots. I need more arch support than these offer, and I'm able to lift up the removable insole to insert an additional booster under the arch. They are expensive, but well made and seems like they will be durable.

I really really wanted to love these shoes! They are beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately they were far too small fitting, so I am returning. I ordered my normal size (10) , and they were far too small. I would recommend ordering a full size up. Disappointing since they really are a nice looking shoe! These were perfect! Excellent quality leather, very nice style. The only problem for me was that, due to a back problem, the higher than expected wedge heel is not going to work for me. Most people would likely have no problems with the height, which is probably about an inch and three quarters (before my current issue I wore this style a LOT and loved it). These are the kind of quality I appreciate, as used to be the case with Clark’s, eg, but have really gone downhill but still charge the upscale price. Thank you Dansko - just regret having to return these.

These are quality shoes, and I really hope Dansko makes more styles with a pointed toe! They also fit over my high arches, which is great. However, the ARE NOT 1 1/2 inch high heels as listed- they are about 2.25 inch heels. I have a bum ankle and can't walk in anything over an inch and a half, and wish that had been accurate. Additionally the "luggage" color is not as shown. It is not a rich orange brown, it is more of a beige brown color in person.

Dansko's Serenity boot is another win in a long list of wins with this brand. It's true to size, stylish and classic. I was looking for a wedge that felt solid and didn't feel too high, losing my balance. The slightly pointed toe is wide enough, giving a nice shape without crunching my long toes. I put these on immediately with no break in. Wonderful! The only caveat was the top front of the boot at my ankle felt a bit tight at first is now softening with wear. With the rain beginning their waterproof feature, simple and beautiful style goes with everything and will sure get a lot of wear!

Beautiful color, more brown than red. Comfortable with a slight wedge which gives stability and a bit if style.

I originally bought these in a 49 which is the right size for me in Dansko 90% of the time. But these were short and narrow. Returned for 41 which fits fine. Nice subtle color!

I was surprised at how comfortable these were out of the box. Compared to Dansko clogs, these boots are very lightweight, have a flexible toe box, great arch support (I have high arches) and fit my heel really well. I would say I have normal to slightly wide feet. I was worried that they would look too orthopedic, but they are pretty stylish and look good with skinny jeans or cuffed straight leg jeans. Waterproof leather is a bonus!

Excellent make of shoe. When I put them on, they appeared very sturdy and practical.

I loved the look of these but unfortunately they just aren't comfortable. I have a somewhat high arch and my foot pressed uncomfortably against the top of the boot. Also, the ankles on the boot are a bit narrow and I had a hard time zipping them all the way with a thicker sock on.

The shoe fit well and was very comfortable on my arch (which is why I love Dansko clogs for long days at the hospital!). But, the top of the boot rubbed on my ankle/lower leg. I noticed this instantly when I tried them on & wore them around the house for a few minutes before realizing they would not be comfortable and for the price I needed them to be amazing shoes that I wanted to wear all the time.

My instep is too high for this shoe. Good looking shoe.

These boots are very very comfortable and are truly waterproof. I really like them. I cannot walk a lot in them, but I can wear them for going out on a wet or slushy night and feel secure.

I love Dansko shoes and the fact I found these cute boots is an added bonus!! I wear these all day long and my feet are happy!

I bought two colors of these bc they are so comfortable, add nice height, look great with both pants and dresses, and are waterproof! I feel a little more refined when I wear these?

I am used to wearing Danskos for work, so buying this boot was a perfect fit. I usually wear a 9.5 in US size and 40 in Dansko clogs. I got these booties in 40, and the fit is perfect. Right out of the box, I can feel the comfort and arch support. The heel is low, just perfect for a comfortable office day or to run errands.

Super comfortable and warm. I’m looking forward to making these my everyday Fall boots.
