Extremely comfortable and warm! Definite break-in period for these winter hikers. Still getting sorted on the fit of the tongue so it doesn't bang/pinch the very top of my ankle.

Great ankle support without pressure points. Rare find for me to accommodate a naturally wide foot with a newly developed bunion, and this boot did it! Keeps my feet warm in very cold Wisconsin temps. Easy on and of for a formidable boot with hooks able to catch laces easily. Great traction in snow and ice.

Mail carrier here and definitely have fallen in love with these boots. They keep my feet dry and warm. So comfortable to wear everyday while walking my route.

These boots fit so well. They are great for a very cold day in the Vermont mountains especially in deep snow.

Can someone please tell me if the soreness/pain from the tongue of boot ever gets better? I just purchased these boots 2 weeks ago and it is not getting better. I love the warmth and traction of these boots but don't know if I should keep if them if it doesn't get better. I don't understand with such an expensive boot why this is happening?

I bought size 8W. The additional insulation in the Bridger 9" boot (400g Thinsulate) narrows the width and lowers the instep compared the the Bridger 7" boot (200g Thinsulate) in 8W which fits perfectly. I sure wish Oboz made the 9" boot with only 200g because they are really cute. love the color, and the shaft height is better for deeper snow.

Good looking but....the stitching and bulk where the tongue tucks in was excruciating on my foot. So much so I had to unlace and wear like a tennis shoe to get out of the woods. I hear the men’s version the tongue goes all the way up. The women’s it’s totally cut so much lower. Do we not need the same waterproof protection and comfort? Just not fair.

I’m returning this shoe because the inner sole is damaged. It’s bent permanently and can’t get my good in. It’s like someone previously tried this on, returned it, and bent the sole.
