The leather is soft, right out of the box. There is cushioning in the sole and it's a little hard to keep on the foot. I normally size up in mules, and I wear a 10-10 1/2 in other shoes. The 11 felt a little big in this style.

Love the look, but way too small.

Super soft leather, so no breaking in period. However, i felt the shoe came so far back on your foot that it looked odd. probably fine for a smaller size. I take a size 9 so it just made my foot look really long. I did appreciate how comfortable the leather was just not for me.

I really wanted to love this shoe. It's a tasty looking mule. BUT I don't understand why this shoe is marked true to size, when a fair amount of the reviews actually state that the shoes run small. And they run narrow. Yep, I should have checked the review BEFORE buying. Sadly, I'm returning them. I may buy a larger size, I may have to find another shoe. Darn it.

I could not even get half my foot into these, sadly. I was so excited to receive them and so disappointed they didn't fit. Really really small.

Beautiful shoes but had to return them because they are far too narrow for my feet. I'm a size 8.5 and normally do not have an issue with my wide feet when I size up to a 9 but that didn't work with these.

After one wear my feet were aching! No arch support and left my feet black!

I really wanted to love this shoe, but it is not as advertised. It is very narrow and it runs a size too small. Wish I had read the reviews before becoming smitten with this shoe. Sadly, I had to return it and couldn't trust Zappos or Free People to accurately describe this shoe. It runs small and narrow. End of discussion.

Beautiful shoe. I REALLY wanted to love them. Sadly, they will be returned. They run narrow and at least 1 size too small. I normally wear a size 9 and followed the size chart provided on the website. Too small, too narrow. Sigh. Maybe the next pair will fit proper.

I thought these shoes were wonderful until I wore them today. When I got home, I noticed that the heel part of the shoe had a tear. I’ve only wore these shoes a dozen times and from the photos, you can see minimum wear. I’m hoping they can be repaired.

I'm returning because the shoes had been obviously worn.

Very odd looking shoe on, not attractive or comfortable at all.
