These are a bit loose around the ankle (no way to tighten) but quite comfortable after an initial break-in day. Very nice quality.

These are good quality shoes from what I can tell. Real leather, light, pretty comfortable. I have narrow feet and most shoes I have to put air pillow inserts to take up some slack so I am not flopping around. I got an 11.5 and the length is perfect , but holy cow these are so narrow the pinch my toes. Very pointed toes on them.

The Detroit Chukka runs long and narrow, especially at the arch and in the toe box. I wear a 10D in all shoes. I had to go with a 9-1/2 in this boot after first getting a 10. Because my feet are quite asymmetric, I couldn't do with a Wide, because then one foot would be swimming, so I will have to apply shoe stretcher to one of them. There's a little "Bounce" insert at the heel inside the boot that makes walking feel awkward. In terms of style, they're more pointy than I like in a chukka. Hush Puppy could definitely go with a redesign here - slightly wider and more rounded.

I owned a pair of Chukkas from Hush Puppies for quite some time. I love them because they are so comfortable. I ordered another pair since my other ones are worn. It's a different shoe. They do not offer the comfort I expect from Hush Puppies. I look forward to taking them off after wearing them for the day.

The shoes I received had black soles that don't flex very much when I walk. I suppose they will eventually break in, but in the meantime, I am getting blisters on my heels. The uppers are nice and soft, and the fit was perfect.

The product look and quality seem fine. But they are painfully too narrow. I always wear a 9 1/2 or 10 medium or D, depending on the brand. I bought a 9 1/2 medium. They were uncomfortably tight, but I thought they would stretch. They didn't and still hurt, so I quit wearing them.

I ordered wide boots and they are very narrow. I had to turn the boot sideways to even get my foot into the boot. Very disappointed in boot

I bought a pair of these as they looked nice and my previous HushPuppies have been very comfortable. I can't say the same for these Chukkahs. After walking ~35,000 steps in these (not all at once) I threw these away. My feet always hurt and soreness/blisters would form on my heal. After 35,000 steps the sole started to separate on my right shoe and I threw them away.
