The Taos boots are very comfortable with a nice arch support. The leather on outside is real smooth.

I have many Taos and this pair of shoe was not my favorite. The type of arch support that they use in this shoe was not the typical one I have worn before and it didn't give my high arch the support it needed, at least that is what I noticed while wearing them around the house. I also thought the style was just okay when trying them on with different outfits. I didn't like how the zipper had material on it, I think it was a type of leather but it felt very flimsy and I don't think it would have lasted. I ended up returning these for a different type of Taos (Union Taos), which I am so happy I did. Zappos did so well at helping me with the return, one of the best customer service experiences I had received in a long time.

I so wanted to keep these boots but, once again, the flat feet and need for inserts win . I have ordered a W and hope they fit.

I love Taos sandals and lace up tennis shoes and they fit my narrow foot well because I can lace up and use Velcro to tighten. These booties were too wide for my foot. Disappointing.

The shoe is beautiful and looks very comfortable. Unfortunately, with my high arch, I couldn’t pull the boot on. Darn. I have to return it.

I love these boots! They fit better than any I’ve purchased before and weren’t as expensive as some. They look good with jeans or slacks and totally fit my casual style.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for, comfy and casual boots for work. They look nice and a extremely comfortable. It only took about a day of wearing before they felt broken in. Love them!

This is a cute bootie, but it runs narrow and is tight on my high instep and ankle. Seems to have good support, but hard to know for sure since they feel tight on my feet.

Seem a bit short but they are working out OK

I wore these booties for the first time for a long day in NYC. I walked about 2 miles, plus a few flights of stairs to and from trains. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on until I took them off about 12 hours later. I am a size 81/2 to 9, and I went with the size 9’s in these shoes.

They fit very true to Taos' sizing and they are really cute. Not overly bulky for a boot/shoe.

Love the look of the boot, but doesn’t work for my feet, which are 1/2 size different. Smaller side too big as expected. Sized purchase for my other foot, but that was, oddly, too small. Normally a 6 in Taos fits perfectly, but this was too tight and too short at mt big toe. I am sad.
