The fit on this shoe is great - I wear a 12w, so fit is often all over the place with shoes. They're also really comfortable. BUT the color in the photo is so off. The "saddle" color in the photo looks like a rich reddish brown. But Saddle is really more of a dull taupe color. See photo. So, I returned this color and bought black.

First of all, I ordered these yesterday at 2pm and they arrived today at 11am. Holy lightning fast shipping! Anyway, I have very wide feet and have never had a pair of shoes fit so well right out of the box. I usually have to break them in and stretch them out, but not these beauties. So this is what it feels like to wear shoes that fit?? The interior is butter soft and the platform is cushioned, but firm enough for a nice, stable stride. I think they are super cute with my jeans. I'm not one to own a bunch of shoes, but I'm for sure going to have to make room in the budget for another pair of these.

Wonderful shoes, the arch is perfect. However, I received these April 19 and today May 1 this is how they look....the plastic wood-look coating is very thin. I’m returning these! FYI I bought the red ones elsewhere and they are stunning but will return them as well.

I have probably ordered 30 pairs of shoes from Zappos in the last 6 months and returned about 29 (thanks Zappos!)... But THESE I put on and didn't take off for at least 3 hours. Dream shoes! So comfy and your feet don't slip out at all when you walk like other open back clogs I own. Love them!

These are the best clogs I’ve worn. I have really wide feet and the WW was surprisingly too wide for me. Returned it and got just W. The leather on this feels like butter. No break in necessary. I love that it’s really light too. Wanted to order other colors but they’re sold out.

This is the third time I purchased the SoftWalk Madison. Before COVID, I walked several miles weekly, to, from, and at work. I ordered the first pair, brown, in my size and wore them out. When I went to re-order, I noticed the grey version, and just had to have these. Grey was out in my size, so, I ordered the second pair a half size up. These were too big. I used the 'notify me when this is available again' function and crossed my fingers. Within days, I was able to order the shoe in my size, in my color. I wore them around the house briefly just to make sure - sometimes manufacturers switch factories, or 'lasts,' the form used to size the shoe. They fit perfectly, and felt comfortable from first wearing. Then, I went outside, and took a real soft walk.

These are lovely shoes with really nice leather. Unfortunately, for me they were a little bit "high" feeling, and a little bit unstable as a result. I would speculate this is not a common reaction to wearing this clog but it was mine. I wish very much these worked for me because they are a very nice shoe and I loved the soft leather.

Perfect! So comfortable. Wide doesn't always mean it's going to work for me because I have both a wide foot and a high instep. This is a perfect fit!

I got these shoes to wear after I had surgery to correct Hagalund's Deformity. My doctor told me it was better to wear backless shoes to prevent a recurrence. From the brief time that I wore them around the house to try them on I felt they were super comfortable and supportive, but as of right now (7 weeks post op), the shoes are not flat enough for regular wearing. I'm sure that once I've rehabbed my foot, these will be my go to shoes.

I really wanted this ones. Beautiful and very well made with lots of padding. But arch support is not mild, it is high arch support and it bothers me a lot

The fit was perfect....very true to size!! I love that they are comfortable.......but yet look really cute on my feet. Highly recommend the gray. Super stylish and goes with everything.

This was my favorite company & I lived in their clogs for 15 years. They have totally changed. They used too be soft & conformed to your foot & had a soft egg shell crate sole. These are hard & rigid & the top sticks up at a strange high angle. They will never soften or fit better. That back lip is useless & just in the way if you step on it. These were a good two sizes wider than they used to be even though I bought my usual size. They literally fell off my foot if I took a step. I was in disbelief that they were so throughly changed & ruined. You might as well just buy a cute wooden clog for a souvenir these are no better or more comfortable than that. If you loved their shoes in the past you will absolutely hate these. I just had to return three pairs.

My feet feel so good...the arch support at first felt oddly firm but within 30 minutes I knew they were exactly the support I’ve been looking for...my arches are very high and I have mid foot arthritis that makes walking in flat shoes or low heels very painful. These are incredible. Took the dogs for a long walk, no problem, my feet felt wonderful. The podiatrist looked at my shoes today and, unsolicited, said, “these are exactly the shoes you need to wear for your problem”. Ordering the blue and red, too.

Just worn these around house to determine fit, so I don't have an accurate assessment. Feels like I'm walking on marshmallows. The leather edge at the heel might become irritating, will see.

Such pretty shoes that I ordered them in two colors! Unfortunately, they were huge. I am always a size 9 1/2 but closer to 10 (I ordered these in a 10) and they were like boats. A pity, as they were lovely. No 9.5's available. Had to return them. By the way, I read an earlier review that the "saddle" color was more like a taupe in person; mine were deep reddish-brown, just as pictured on Zappos.

I was sent a used pair that showed obvious signs of wear stains dirt etc. I cannot believe Zappos sent these out. What a hassle. I wish this would not have happened because it’s a gorgeous shoe if it wasn’t all stained up.

love themm so much I ordered 2 more pairs! My new go to shoe.. I was a devoted Dansko wearer for over 10 yers but Dansko has changed.. so thiis my new go to shoe for sure!

Soooo amazing to slide my feet into a clogg that actually fit my wide feet! Amazing! I'm super glad to know Zappos carries a selection of true wide widths. I'm returning to size down— for once, I can get my actual size (7) instead of a larger size to accommodate width. Leaving this same review on all the pairs I ordered; I would've kept them all if I had chosen the right size!

I have extra wide feet and usually have to order a larger size shoe to get one with enough width. I ordered these in my correct size and extra wide, hoping they would work for me. They are perfect, I can even wear socks with them. These shoes are so comfortable, I’m going to buy another pair in a different color. G to he leather upper is so soft and the foot bed gives me great support.

The shoes are NOT narrow, which I ordered. They may be somewhat narrow in the toe box but they are very wide over the arch. I ordered my usual size 8.5 when purchasing a narrow width shoe and had to exchange them for an 8, which I usually buy for a medium width. Even the 8N is very wide over the arch. They are comfortable with an insert, but since they are clogs, the insert shows which diminishes the look/style. I need navy comfort shoes with a slightly higher heel to replace a pair that are also too wide, so will keep them. Finding comfort shoes that fit narrow feet is a challenge and I was so happy that these came in narrow, only to be disappointed that they actually aren't narrow. For those who are lucky to have a medium width foot, they should work very nicely.

Nice shoes. I tend to pronate, and these shoes tip more easily than Dansko's, so back they go. Footbed was soft and comfortable though.

Loved the style and comfort of the shoe. I wear a size 11 wide shoe so finding any stylish shoes is a struggle. Unfortunately, had to return as the shoe was about a half size too big. They didn’t have 10.5 in stock. Will order again when size is restocked.
