I love everything about my Ecco’s except for the European size scale. According to Europe, my American size 9 foot actually fits a 7-7.5 shoe. LOL I will say that Zappos was awesome BOTH times I had to return bigger shoes to finally get the right fit on try #3! Thanks again Zappos!

Shoe is great. Will just need to exchange it for a smaller size.

I ordered three pairs of the same shoes. two were perfect. one of them didn’t go on my feet! all the same size. weird!

I found it little biti open and wide behind.

I usually wear size 8 1/2 but the shoes that are made in these times are awful. It's hard to find good shoes now a days. I don't like the extra length of the shoes that are made. Plus I don't like pointy or square toed shoe

I was very happy with my shoes until the soles started to crumble. I contacted Ecco and they say their warranty only covers their products for 1 year. So apparently after years of being a happy Ecco wearing customer, I am told that Ecco no longer stands behind their shoes after 1 year. A pair of dress shoes should not fall apart after a few years of light wear. So disappointing!
