Great product. Love the brand! Shipping was fast everything was as advertised.

I used New Balance metal cleats throughout my competitive softball career, and now that I'm playing co-ed I decided to get a pair of rubber ones to wear instead of turf shoes. These are great! So comfortable, very true to size. I love them!

This is the third pair of NB softball shoes I have had. I love them. They stand up for a full season with me playing 2-10 games in a week for the whole year (indoor and outdoor ball). Will continue to purchase these cleats in the future.

Use these for my rec softball league and they are extremely comfortable. I had a pair of mike trout Nikes for awhile but they hurt my feet. These are built like a dream. I feel like they fit a little more on the snug side but that worked for me because I am between sizes. Got all kinds of compliments on the neon green/dark blue colorway. Overall very satisfied with the cleats.

My daughter has tried multiple different brands of cleats and always has heel pain- until these! She loves them and they fit true to size. Will definitely purchase again as her fit get bigger.

I ordered these cleats for my varsity softball team. They were my players' preferred cleat as several of the girls already own a few pairs. They look sharp! A few pairs did not fit the girls even though they ordered the same size that they already have in a different color. I have reordered bigger sizes and now have to return the ones that didn't fit. I am hoping there are no problems with the return and that a refund is given to us.

My kid loves them. They privide wat more support than Nike and the color choices are awesome.

My teen daughter wears these for travel ball, goes through at least one pair a year. The wide width sizing is the reason she loves these so much, but it is getting really hard to find. I hope New Balance will keep making wide width cleats! She had to get the standard width because we couldn't find wide width in her size this time and has developed a painful callous from the friction. We found we had to size up a half to one full size from her usual sneaker size. I also like these molded cleats because they don't wear as fast as other mainstream brands.

Purchased these cleats new for my daughter in Mid-September Played in our remaining 5 fall tournaments and 1 tournament so far this season. 1/2 the cleats are worn to nubs and need to be replaced ASAP.

My 12 year old daugher played only 4 innings and there was a hole in the medial toe portion of the cleat. I don't know if they are using cheaper material, but we have never had this issue in the past. So disappointed in the quality.
