These shoes look very nice--just what I needed, but they are VERY SMALL! And the "toe box" is very cramped, the shoe angles down to the toe quite sharply. Unfortunatly, not wearable for me and even in a larger size, I think the toe box situation would still be a problem.

Fit very small and too tight in the toe area. They didn't seem long enough either.

My narrow heel slipped when I walked with my insert in them. I need something with a strap

Sadly, the heels were not matched —one less leveled with the ground than the other so walking in these shoes made me feel I was about to fall.

I didn't even try them on because the color was a golden tan - not pearl white -- and darker than pictured on the site -- a reoccurring problem. I wish online sellers would lighten their pics to be more consistent with reality.

Item arrived with one shoe broken

Darling shoe. I ordered in several sizes but the heel was too wide, even in the AA. Had to return.

Not a narrow shoe. Quite wide, especially in the heel. I notice Zappos shoes that are marked narrow are nearly always rather wide.

I bought the shoe a half size smaller than usual and it is still too big; slides off my heel. Otherwise, good looking and comfortable.

one of the shoes had a scuff on the back seam. I did not do it. The heel of the shoes was too large. Beautiful shoes. Sorry I can't wear them.

These were really comfortable, but I didn’t love the look of them once the arrived. The color is good, but they were just a little plain.

These are going back. I love how they look but they are way to tight in the toes. I have narrow feet and I don’t think going up 1/2 size would help. Too bad - they are pretty.

I have this same pair from a couple years ago, in the same size, but the new ones are about a half inch shorter when measured.

These shoes are cheap. Trotters used to be a shoe company that made quality shoes. They have made a mistake by lowering their quality.

They were too tight. I returned them and too tight across top of shoe.

I've purchased this shoe years ago in black and in navy blue. I wore them at work for years and they were good quality and comfortable shoes . So I know EXACTLY what they should feel like. This "new" Trotter is tight across the toe, heel slips when walking. Didn't feel the same at all. So sad because I was excited to find them again. Returned
