too tight in the toes. Too loose in the heels Very pretty shoes but I will be returning them

It took me a couple tries to get the right size. I have a pretty narrow foot. I always need narrow width. In this shoe I needed the medium width for the toe box. The heel was also pretty narrow but I did put in a heel strip to assure it would stay on. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and in this shoe the 9 was the right fit for me. They are very nice and comfortable.

Great lower heel that can go from work to night time with a variety of outfit types (suits to jeans). Love the color which is a dark wine color - think syrah!

When you wish you could still wear 2-3" heels, but your feet no longer survive the evening in them, these are the stylish alternatives you want.

Fit true to size. Wear an extra wide and had trouble finding comfortable shoes for many years. So happy some companies are producing shoes true to size.

I wear a 7.5 narrow in most mid to expensive brands. This shoe feels like a 7 and rubs a blister on my heel. I like the vegan material as it is soft and I like the overall look of the shoe. I am going to see if the shoe is more comfortable once it is broken in. After purchasing this shoe, I ordered the navy leather of the same shoe (the vegan version was unavailable) in an 8 and it fits.

Beautiful shoes! I ordered an 8.5 Narrow and it was too long. I think an 8 narrow would have been better. Unfortunately, I 'm wearing a different dress than I had planned, and these shoes do not go with it. I highly recommend the shoes however, as they have a great low heel and look more expensive than the actual cost.

It's a good looking shoe, but way too tight, especially in the toe box.

These were slightly bigger than my normal 11W. However, they were fine with no show non slip liner socks. I didn’t need a heel pad although I thought I might. I wore these for the first time to a wedding and danced quite a bit, they felt fine through the evening. I like the combination of regular and patent leather. They were exactly what I needed and I’m happy with them.

Cute shoe perfect for outdoor wedding (heels wouldn’t sink into ground) but they were too short. I always wear a 9M but not these. I ordered 9 1/2M and hope they not fit and arrive in time for a May 6 wedding out of town.

I ordered these shoes in an 8 Narrow which, is my usual size, but they were too big in the heel. I was walking out of them and could not keep them on. They are very good-looking pumps and I would recommend they to a friend.

I am a 7.5 narrow in a mid to expensive shoe. I bought this navy shoe in an 8 narrow because I bought the black in a 7.5 narrow and it was too short. It still rubs a bit on my heel. I like the overall look of the shoe: good with jeans or work attire.

I have wide feet but as you've read in other reviews the heel is also very wide. I tried ordering my regular size in a wide and it was too short. So I ordered one-half size up and the shoe fit in length but the heel was so wide I was stepping out of them when I walked. Foot pad inserts and heel inserts didn't work. So I returned them. However, I loved the style and wish I could have made them work.

A nice looking shoe but the toe box is extremely and painfully shallow.

Ordered size 5.5. The box label says 5.5. The actual shoes are a size 10. Too big. Disappointed.

This is an attractive shoe with good padding for comfort. I’ve had a bit of trouble with Trotters in the past with the leather easily being torn, so I am hoping this shoe wears well. The Trotter fit is perfect for my feet, which require padding and no toe cramping, and I have not found another dress shoe as comfortable.

I love these suede and patent black pumps, with the mid block heel. Perfect height for back problem sufferers. They're perfect for skirts, pants and even dresses.

Love these shoes. I ordered about 5 pair black pumps and these were most comfortable.

The toe was too tight, and the heel too loose. The length was okay.
