I could not tell about the arch support because i couldn't get my foot in this beautiful shoe.I don't know what happened, but it just would no work out for me due to the narrowness of the shoe.Thanks to Zappos for their perfect customer service!

Usually wear 7.5EE. These were too narrow. Would have kept them if they were wider as this is the closest look I have found in a casual white sneaker that doesn’t look like an athletic shoe.

Cute shoes but the seam was rubbing over my little toes.

I am returning these shoes. I have a very narrow foot and need a good solid arch support and a solid footing! Normally, "narrow" shoes are too wide! This shoe was so uncomfortable and narrow with not enough toe room. My foot really felt squished! and on top of that the heel and sole narrowed, placing more weight on the center of the foot and giving a very unstable feeling to the shoe. Totally uncomfortable!! For Trotters? Not good.

LOVE these shoes! They fit like a glove first time on. Great construction and quality of materials.

I can't tell you if they are comfortable,i could not get my foot in this shoe due to the narrowness. The leather was very soft to touch.If my foot was not so flat i could be the proud owner of them.

I loved the look of these shoes and so wanted to keep them. They fit well, but there were too many places that hurt and rubbed my toes and heels. And, sadly, I didn't feel these places would ultimately "work themselves out" so they'd be comfortable with wear.

I have foot injuries from martial arts and wear orthotics so has been challenging to find half size, plus true white leather. The leather is soft and although I cannot use the normal orthotics, I can use a 3/4 insert. I ordered three pair as we live in a small town and there is no good shoe store here. Happy that Zaps has free shipping and returns.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was tight. I loved everything else about them, so I reordered half a size larger, and they’re perfect now.

I love this shoe. I wear 11AA and it was perfect in width and length. I own two pairs and wish it was made in some spring colors.

Very sharp looking, but, evidently, I'm no longer a size 11!! :( The toe box is a little too narrow for my wonky toes. Too bad.

The seam hit right on my pinky toe, I knew I would have a blister if worn for any period of time. Came up rather high toward the ankle.

Fit was good but the sneaker itself is very heavy.

I like the slip on style and the rounded toe. They fit just right in bare feet but I wish I had a little more room to wear socks with them.

The stitch of the two fabrics near the toe of the shoe is very uncomfortable, making these unwearable for me.

They just look so big over top of foot. A tad wide as well.

Heel rubbed; toe box was low.

This narrow was really a narrow! Very happy with the shoe feel and look.

this was my 2nd order from Zappos. Both pair of shoes were a perfect fit & are so comfortable. Love Zappos!!!

The colors that come in suede color and colors that come in leather are different! The shoes are a tiny bit dorky, but overall seem like they could be super comfy and casual. The leather ones are super comfy (they just only had navy left and I didn't love it.) The suede ones have a seem that hits right over your pinky toes and hurts. The leather ones do not. Will be returning.
