The shoe looked much better on the website. Very thick and bulky around the ankle.

I had to take these off after 1 day of wearing them. Imagine your foot strapped to a wooden block.

I was told it was delivered at 1028 today near my front door... Never saw the package. Now what do I do??

Ugly in real life. Fit is terrible and weird. Pressure on toe but not hitting the end. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a knockoff. If it's a true NB, they've really declined in their quality. Do not recommend this garbage shoe.

Low quality fabric, looks terrible, one area wouldn't lay flat -- this thin perforated fabric certainly not worth the price

I did a search for "women's New Balance" and bought these. THEY ARE MEN'S. Went back and looked and the website didn't say they were men's. Not knowing, I tried a walk in them, despite them feeling as if they were clown shoes, but the walk made I couldn't return them.

Absolutely crap. In 7 months rubber sole became unglued and inside heel fabric frayed.

This is a cheaply made shoe. The N on each shoe is a paper-like sticker that is not reflective unlike what I have on my current sneaker from New Balance. Save your money. The 847 is not worth $134.991.

I've been wearing, purchasing & ordering size 11 EEE, now EEEE (3XE was eliminated) for decades. The earlier New Balance sneakers (1223) worked well for me. These 847v4 looked nice on line but when I tried them on, they felt incredibly cramped (too short and small) in the toes, excessively wide around the arch, very stiff, hard plastic material, heavy ...and most of all, some of the goofiest looking shoes I've ever seen! What ever in God's name happened with New Balance? ...it seems like so many old favorite products and brands are going down the crapper these days? I'm going to pay up a bit and try a pair of New Balance 993s ...keeping my fingers crossed!
