I bought this shoe in the X-wide, Light colored with Pink accents. Very good for people with very wide feet. I'm always looking for a shoe that can accommodate my feet as I have wide, flat feet and my ankles will tend to swell up in warmer weather. I like that it has the mesh on sides as it is very forgiving for anyone with bunions.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for 20 years. I would never have tried ordering shoes online, worrying about the fit. With New Balance, it's always right. Thanks!

Just what I needed to travel with a bum leg to keep me moving, very slowly!

This is the first pair or New Balance shoes that I have bought I really like them They are very comfortable lightweight Have a bigger toe box than most tennis shoes I really like the color gray and Carolina blue Downside they run small so you will need to order the next side up

Been wearing the roll bar new balance for years. Love the fit. Will be wearing these new ones to PT when I can walk again (broke both legs in June). The shoes are great and prevent my feet from "rolling".

I have tried many different sneakers but always come back to New Balance. They are very supportive and work great for my daily walks.

Great walking shoes. My right ankle has many pins and is fused. The deep well in the walking tennis shoes protects my ankle from any further injury.

I broke my left ankle last year and also have a neuroma in my feet. My podiatrist told me to get these sneakers and he is right. I wear them almost all day and my feet don't swell and my ankle has great support. this is my second pair.

I have been wearing NB for most of my like (more yrs than I care to mention) lol. 847 are my go to. Balance and support is what I need. Very flat footed. Wish they would come back in white/gray!!!

Great for walking and I do walk 10 miles a day. I own 19 pairs of New Balance walking and running shoes- just ordered my 20th pair today!

This walking shoe looks good and fits well. I bought the pale blue color. in a Narrow. It looks great with denim. I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought these for support as we were doing a lot of walking in the city. They fit well and arrived quickly.

I have an uncommon foot success and these shoes have that size and they fit very well.

I like new balance 847vx. I find them very comfortable. They also offer good support. I've version 1 - 4. They last long but do eventually wear out.

Love these shoes -- they're the only ones I can wear consistently without foot pain. I have very wide feet and have custom orthotic insoles for additional arch support; I need a women's 7.5 in the 4E width. I wore these every day on our 7-week trip to Italy when we were walking between 8-12 miles/day. NO FOOT PAIN!! I have two complaints: These shoes frequently go out of stock in this width and it takes forever to get them back in so I always try to keep an extra pair on hand. Can you please release the 4E more often? ALSO, I WISH THESE CAME IN BLACK FOR WOMEN!! In all black, these shoes could almost double as dress shoes when wearing long pants.

This is one of my 2 favorite styles - for walking comfort and stability and for accommodating my orthotics. Other manufacturers' styles are not the same.
