These shoes were a whole size smaller.

Love it! But...beware!...runs a FULL size small!

Very cute. LOVED the magnetic blue color which is a grayish or Air Force blue. but that's about it. Struggle to pull them on because of attached tongue and high rise of ankle/heel. Fit was just odd. Reviews said size up so I tried my regular 9 wide and also 9 1/2 wide. Nine was OK but my orthotics didn't fit in properly so there was an uncomfortable little gap between orthidic and shoe, and 9 1/2 was just way too big. The high rise at the heel felt comfortable, secure and supportive, but the forefoot just didn't work. Going back.

Well let us start with the one and only issue and that is the sizing. I am glad I referred to the other reviews and added a full size and it fits perfect. New Balance needs to re evaluate their sizing as this is not the first pair I had to size up. Overall cute shoe and very comfy

I researched the reviews prior to my purchase. According to the reviews the shot is very comfortable, runs small, and those who would like to purchase them should go up a whole size. I appreciate everyone’s honesty because they made my purchase perfect.

Finally a versatile, narrow fitting trainer! It’s supportive for lateral moves, impact, weight lifting and quick direction changes. I usually need a narrow and while still a little wide, the width works with orthotics. Love these, please don’t stop making!

Love the look of the shoes, however they run really small. I am usually 6.5, sometimes 7 if it runs small. But these shoes are so small I could really use 7.5. I have never bought a 7.5 size!

I wear a 6.5 in most new balance but this shoe seems a whole shoe size smaller. I just received the shoe today and I'm sending it back tomorrow.

Very comfortable and exactly the size

I love these shoes. The style is great, and they are very comfortable. I immediately walked 12 miles over two days without breaking them in first, and my feet were totally fine. The reviews are true—get a full size larger than usual. I’ve been wearing New Balance size 7.5 for a decade. The 8.5 in this style fit me perfectly.

Great comfort while also having style. I like them so much that I actually bought the black as well. I did order a half size up after reading the reviews and glad I did so. Are usually wear a 9 1/2 mostly andI ordered the 10 which was a snug but comfortable fit.

When I took these out of the box I thought they were ugly, I am not a fan of things that are have logos all over. But when I put them on I got over my feelings about their appearance. They cup my heel in a way that works really nicely when stepping up and down off a tall box and for lunges & squats. I am keeping them! I think they look better each time I put them on.

Comfortable but not enough arch support to be on your feet for very long, if you have foot issues. Super cute, and very true to size.

Love the sneakers, they were just too small and narrow. Exchanging for next size up and hopefully those fit!

I normally wear a 10, but ordered an 11 based on the reviews. I kept the 11! Definitely made for a narrower foot ... yay for me! So hard to find narrow shoes. I still put in an orthotic... but it feels very cushy. I use for indoor workouts and think these will make nice kicks this summer.

They run small. I love the look, but they run small

These shoes are great, however they run quite small. I recommend taking the advice of other reviewers and size up one whole size. Why do they run so small? I don’t know, but boy do they ever. I’m not doing anything super high impact in these shoes; I’m honestly just using them to wear during spin class while I decide if I want to invest in proper spin footwear. That said they’re good for what I need now and will likely prove to be a comfortable walking around shoe.

Love them! I followed other reviews and ordered a full size larger than I wear. They fit perfectly. I bought them to wear to the gym where I mostly do weight training. Great for my needs and look good on. Happy.

I love the style but the shoe is difficult to put on and I have narrow feet.

So wanted to keep these! Real cute style. I bought them for kickboxing workouts at home. I wanted a light tread. I bought 1 full size larger but they still didn't fit. NB sizing is all over the place. Frustrating.

Gorgeous looking sneaker. The problem is stepping into the shoe. If you have a high instep it will not work.

Shoe was waaay too small

If I owned a shoe horn and thought I would't mind using it every time I put these on, I would have kept the shoes. They feel great. But they don't open wide enough to put them on easily. And the laces are completely unnecessary, so having to tie them to keep them out of the way is completely unnecessary, too. Sadly they are going back.
