So far best FR pants I have. Love the way they feel.

They feel good initially, but they shrink terribly, until they are not comfortable, they do not hold up very well, and are a bit spendy.

Size and fit are good.

The functionality of these pants is very good. An improvement would be to use rip-stop cotton, so they're more durable. The seams don't seem to hold up very well, for more than 6 months.

Boot cut isn't necessary.

I was using a 33x34 in previous years. After swapping with 32x32 they fit like the old ones. Other reviews are accurate on the sizing changes.

Ordered the tan canvas and iam not sure if i got a experimental color but they are not tan. They are straight brown. I can't wear at work, blue or tan is all we are allowed. Waste for work but I wear them around house and yard work. I wear 35/32 M5 straight leg blue jeans everyday, these same style and cut are a little more relaxed, they are bigger.

Love these pants, the waist is probable 1 size larger then stated but no big deal, style is great for what I need / want, if they came in black that would be great, they are light weight yet tough.

As an industrial electrician, I Love these FR work pants! They are super durable and comfortable! The extra functional pockets are now a must for me, to keep all my tools/items organized and with me when needed. My only complaint is I wish they offered a better selection for us vertically challenged guys! Having the 28" length as an option saves from having to get them hemmed.

My husband loves these pants and I do too because they don't stain or hold smells. Had some for 5 years and are just now getting thin around the pants pockets.

These are by far the best fr pants Ive ever worn. Im a lineman, and most fr clothing is junk Im a bigger build with thicker legs. The fit is perfect, they stretch!!The fabric doesnt loosen up over The course of the workday which is super annoying. Durability wise, Ive climbed in them got them super muddy and soaked and theyve held up thus far. Ive only had them for a year, so time will tell. Overall very very happy with them

I am a generator technician so I am constantly climbing over lange engines, getting oil and other fluids on them and snagging the pants on sharp metal and they prevail! Love that they have 2 side pockets as I personally use one for my personal phone and the other for my work phone, markers and a small tool. The fit is a little tight so I go up a size from my regular size. The belt loops are very robust and the material is truly rip resistant as expected with Ariat. Overall these pants are exactly what i was looking for and will be faithful till the end!

These pants are incredible comfy and look good enough to wear out of work! They are a little longer than my other pants that say 34 length but still look great. Will keep buying these for my career.

These are the best FR pants I have ever owned. If I could afford it, I would buy more so I could wear them on the weekends

Ive worn ariat fr pants for years and these are the first with irregular sizing. Im 510 190 and wear a 33/30, but I usually wear the M4 workhorse pants. I ordered these M5 pants after a coworker suggested due to the stretch fabric, which I do really like, but unfortunately the sizing on the M5 is way off. As you can see in the picture theyre probably two inches longer than my M4 Workhorse pants and drag the ground at my heel. Unfortunately for me I ordered 3 pair, one in each color. Ariat, please just stick with the M4 Workhorse and use the stretch fabric

Absolutely love these FR pants. Not only comfortable but offer side pockets which are essential to working in the solar trade.
