Love these boots and feel so comfortable. I enjoy they aren't too rigid when walking and my feet don't get overly warm like some boots can cause.

Bought these as a Christmas gift. My son wears them very rarely as he goes to school online. The very top hook eyelet on the left boot has already fallen out. Working on an RMA at the moment. I hope they will honor the warranty with no hiccups as my son really loves these boots!!

My first order did not came so I had to placed another one for this one. Been reading on the reviews and thought it would be a true to the size. I ordered 9.5M since my husband wears 9.5 M found out this is way too big. I will have to try and order 8.5M and see if this fits. Glad they have a free returns. Since they don't have exchnage online. Now, I had to return this one and order another one in a different size. I just hope the refund is faster. 5 stars on the customer service she was very helpful and responsive.

The laces have a hard time fitting in the lace loops and lead to the laces falling apart after just a few times wearing the boot.

Disappointed they did not fit. I expect a $100 and over shoe to be sized correctly...

The biggest issue with these boots are the lace hooks. If the leather tongue slides to the side, the underside of the lace hook will dig into your ankle & is very uncomfortable/painful. I would definitely not recommend this boot.

These boots look cool, and are comfortable with one big exception. The top 4 grommets on each boot are unique and unlike any I've ever seen before. The inside part of the grommet extends out from the boot side more than I've ever seen. The metal pressed against my ankle bone causing extreme pain. This was during the try on phase. I ended up taking them to a boot repair guy who removed the grommets and replaced with similar one on the rest of the boot. That set me back $40 more. But now there are no issues and I really enjoy wearing them.

The boots arrive with a dent in the toe on one.

I bought a pair of these boots during quarantine when I wasn't doing very much-- they look really stylish, I wore them out to dinner when cases were down, it was great! Now, I've had these boots since March-- they are DEFINITELY broken in. And yet, when I had to actually do any significant amount of walking in them (a little over a mile before I had to switch shoes due to the pain,) they just DESTROYED the backs of my ankles. And I mean /destroyed/. My ankles haven't stopped bleeding in two weeks, the rest of my feet are just covered in blisters, they're very bruised and tender, etc. I've been walking 10 miles a day every day for two weeks just suffering because I wore these boots. Do yourself a favor-- don't buy them, they aren't worth it at all. (I won't show you my messed up ankles, but I'm currently wearing three bandaids a foot, and they're still bleeding. This is serious.)
